Zhongyi Spring is also called Zhongyi Spring and Nanyi Spring, located outside Jinshan Temple in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province. This spring was originally in the rolling river water. Due to the changes of the river, the spring mouth has become land, and the floor height of the spring mouth is now 4.8 meters. According to the "Jinshan Zhi" record: "Zhongyi Spring in the west of Jinshan, under the stone bullet mountain, when the waves are the most dangerous." Su Dongpo (1037-1101) also has a poetry cloud: "Shipantuo, the south of Zhongyi, the ancient came to haunt the waves." From this, you can imagine that at that time, Zhongyi Spring was under the water of the Yangtze River, and it was a unique environment that was not present. At the time of Tang and Song, Jinshan was still "a hibiscus in the heart of the river", and Zhongyi Spring was also in the Yangtze River. It is recorded that the spring water was in the river before, the river water came from the west, blocked by Shipai Mountain and Lushan Mountain, the water trend twisted and turned, divided into three cold (three cold for the south, Zhongyu, Beiyu), and the spring water is in the middle of a water curve, so the name "middle cold spring". Because it is located in the southwest of Jinshan Mountain, it is also known as "Nan Cold Spring". Because the Yangtze River water is deep and rapid, it is not easy to draw. It is rumored that the spring water needs to be put into the spring with a rope at noon, and then quickly open the lid to get the real spring water. The patriotic poet Lu You of the Southern Song Dynasty had come here, leaving a poem "copper bottles of sorrow and water, but not the tea mountain 90 Weng".
