Dufu Cemetery Review

Du Fu Cemetery is located on the ridge west of Kangnan Village, Kangdian Township, about 6 kilometers northwest of the old city of Gongyi City, Henan Province. The cemetery covers an area of 34 mu, north to south, and the main building consists of gate building, Du Fu large statue, double-storey pavilion, Shisheng Stele Forest, Du Fu Tomb, Yinshi Pavilion, Wangxiang Pavilion, Caoting Pavilion, and the Temple. The entire cemetery planted more than 3,000 flowers and trees, strange flowers and plants dotted with trees, pine and cypress, Weiwei solemn, various facilities with garden architectural style, has become a shining pearl on the Huangling.

The cemetery sits on the back south, with three earthen rafts side by side, the west is Du Fu's tomb, and the east is the firstborn Zongwen, and the second son Zongwu's tomb. The tomb is funnel-shaped, about 10 meters high, and the circumference of the tomb is 72 meters.

In 1962, on the 1250th anniversary of the Tang Dynasty poet Du Fu's birth, he was designated one of the "four major cultural celebrities in the world" by international organizations. Du Fu is learned and talented, but he is not in a position to live in a fixed place, poverty and illness, and finally died in a foreign country, his only property on the shore of Yueyang Lake in Hunan, on a single boat, which makes future generations very sorry and infinitely remember the bumps of his life. Du Fu finally returned to his hometown, and was mourned behind him. There are many memorial buildings in the place he walked, such as Huaifu Pavilion on the shore of Yueyang Lake, Du Fu Caotang in Chengdu, Du Gongbu, etc. Du Fu Quan has knowledge and should be pleased! Out of the infinite admiration of Shi Sheng Du Fu, I went from Xiamen thousands of miles on the shore of the East China Sea to Gongyi to worship Du Fu Cemetery. It should be admitted that Du Fu Cemetery is generally not bad, but in the process of looking at it, I found that Du Fuling did not add a fence, and some tourists even trampled on the tomb, resulting in the tomb topsoil hard and smooth. In this way, it is too inappropriate. It is recommended that Gongyi City strengthen the protection of Du Fuling!
