Chee Kei(Tsimsha Tsui Shop) Review

Chiji Tsim Sha Tsui, the wonton is good, even the dumplings are also possible. Chi Ji, is the old brand of Hong Kong's wonton noodle shop for decades. Its wonton leather book filling is , the noodles are refreshing. This time, I bought takeaway noodle food at the Tsim Sha Tsui branch and went home to taste it. There is a 20% discount. I have always liked the food of Chi Kee, and I will come to eat every time I come to Hong Kong. I have eaten Chi Kee in Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui. I feel that the environment of Mong Kok stores is better. If the taste and service are better, Tsim Sha Tsui is better. His wonton noodles, Gillette pork chops and red oil three treasures taste very good, especially the prawns in wonton are quite real. The milk tea and soy milk in the drink also taste good.

在香港有一家著名的吃馄钝面，也就是香港叫云吞面的地方就是——池记。去晚了经常要排好长时间的队，如果你吃上就会知道等待多么的值，特别推荐一下这个嫩滑无比，吸满高汤汁水的冬菇，有吃鸡肉的感觉，好吃到爆……

点了招牌菜鲜虾云吞面，一端上来，好小的一碗。就比平时吃饭用的碗大了2寸不到。一碗里面就4个云吞，一份面，然后就是放了一点不知道是葱还是韭黄，我不爱吃所以就全都挑出来了。如果觉得少的朋友建议就别点了，这一份一定吃不饱。先吃了一口面，有点点硬，听说这是池记特制的。云吞是不错，里面整只虾，这是这碗面的亮点，的确好吃，虾仁饱满，Q弹。比起内地那些不知道加了多少面粉，导致鲜虾除了有虾的味道之外啥都没有的强多了。一碗下来快40元港币，建议如果点的多，可以分两次结账，因为结一次账店面会送一张优惠券。

上次去香港澳门都特别仓促。在香港就安排了整整两天，所以根本吃不过来。那天早上从澳门坐港澳轮渡抵达香港中环码头，下船立马乘坐地铁来第一站尖沙咀。尖沙咀距离我住的旺角也不远，我一路拎着包走过去的。一路寻找我收藏的美食。好在池记就在眼前，由于赶时间，只点了一碗最有名气的云吞面池记更像是连锁餐饮，所有菜品出品都很快，而且品质都很好。我的云吞面汤头清爽鲜美，竹升面筋道弹牙，鲜虾云吞大只，虾仁饱满。吃一碗根本不过瘾，不过还有更多美食等着我，就不吃太多了。
