We stayed at the Meriton Hotel on Broad Beach, and the beach behind us had to be visited anyway. So we went east, through Kurrawa Pratten Park, and came to Broad Beach. It takes only 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the wide beach. So different sceneries can be seen at different times of the day. Young people wear swimsuits and hold surfboards in their hands. They keep pounding into the sea. Many people walk, chat and take pictures on the beach. Broad beaches bring endless joy to people.

Perfect relaxation getaway Everything about our stay at Meriton Suites was wonderful. Fully self contained unit, we were on the 22nd floor with gorgeous views from our balcony. Comfortable loungeroom, great kitchen and laundry facilities. Huge bath tub and lovely separate bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. We could not have asked for a more perfect getaway in the heart of Broadbeach.
