Anne Frank Huis, located near the Prince's Canal in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is a museum in memory of the Jewish Anne Frank, who used to be Anne Frank's hiding place during Nazi rule. Anneliese Frank (June 12, 1929-March 1945), a German-born Jew, died at the age of 15 in the Belgen-Belsen concentration camp. Her diary became the best witness of the Nazi's elimination of Jews during World War II. It showed amazing courage and perseverance. Anne's Diary is one of the most influential works about World War II. Numerous people come to visit Anne's home with admiration. Tickets are hard to get. It usually takes more than 90 minutes to queue for tickets.

The Anne Frank House offers a moving and enlightening experience, delving into the poignant story of one of history's most remarkable figures. Stepping into the secret annex where Anne Frank and her family hid during WWII is both captivating and humbling, providing a tangible connection to the past. The museum provides invaluable insights into the Holocaust and the struggles faced by Jewish people during that time, fostering empathy and understanding. Despite the somber subject matter, the atmosphere inside is respectful and contemplative, encouraging visitors to reflect on the significance of Anne's legacy. Additionally, the museum maintains a high standard of cleanliness, adding to the overall professionalism and reverence of the experience. Visiting the Anne Frank House is not just a history lesson; it's a profoundly moving and thought-provoking journey that leaves a lasting impact.

I traveled to Amsterdam with a friend a few years ago and one of our top spots to visit was the Anne frank house! it was amazing, we learnt a lot about what it was like for the family to live there through that time. there are lots of photos and you can pay for audio headsets. the only thing I would warn people of is that it can get very steep in some parts of the house and this is not always suitable for everyone.

This building is where Anne Frank and her family hid from the Nazis during World War II. I spent hours visiting this place when I went to Amsterdam.

Interesting to see in person after reading the diary. Puts it into perspective. Highly recommend getting the package that includes the introductory program before the actual self-guided tour.
