Good hotel, overlooking beach sea.... Rooms are comfy spa staffs are very friendly polite.... Front desk need to more professional and to provide proper informations... Rest hotels is great... Just this city lacks proper tourist destinations.... City needs more quality restaurants and cafes... Beaches are wonderful but popular beach like ky co they charge entrance fee, than parking fee, bed renting,.. It's supposed to be public beach but some company they leased and owned it... Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

For a price of more than 300 yuan, you can get a five-star sea view room with breakfast. This is only in Quy Nhon, Vietnam. The hotel is just across the road from the seaside. After dinner every day, we sit on the beach and watch the waves. It is so comfortable to walk along the waves. The beach is completely free. The sand is very soft and the coastline is very long. Photos cannot capture its beauty. ; The hotel has specially prepared beach slippers and umbrellas, and there is a swimming pool and restaurant on the first floor; The front desk service is also good. The little brother helped me carry my luggage to the room. When I left, the young lady knew that I was going to the airport and called a cheap taxi for me. It was dozens of yuan cheaper than taking a Grab; The only drawback is that there are a lot of small bugs and flying insects in the room. I don’t know if it’s because it’s close to the seaside; The people around are very friendly. When I went to another hotel on a business trip, I walked for 80 minutes at night. It was very safe. Mostly along the coast; Many people were enjoying the cool weather, singing and dancing at the beach;

10 out of 10 for attentive service, location views and breakfast. Regretfully weird architectural choices spoil the otherwise perfect stay. Linoleum floors in the shower? This is both cheap and unsafe. Open plan toilet in the suite? To hear ALL bodily functions of your partner? Someone also saved money on half width bath towels. BESIDES the staff Is brilliant and helped.us a lot with delayed baggage. Great hotel with poor architectural chioces

This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Do có một chút sơ suất lúc đặt phòng, tôi chưa chuyển tên booking từ Hang Pham sang Pham Van Lieu. Tuy nhiên, n*** sau khi phát hiện ra, tôi đã email và cũng nhận được phản hồi của khách sạn . Và nói đã nắm thông tin hỗ trợ chuyển tên ( Không hề mention gì đến việc mất phụ thu cho phí đổi tên). Hôm nay khi ba tôi đến check in, nhân viên lễ tân yêu cầu thanh toán 500.000vnd phí đổi và nói không nhận được bất cứ thông tin gì từ tôi về request đổi tên. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Tôi nghĩ 500.000vnd nó không phải số tiền lớn mà tôi k thể chi trả, nhưng tôi mong khách sạn hãy xem lại cách làm việc linh động hơn và đưa thông tin đầy đủ tới khách hàng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.

Booking was made literally 15 minutes before checking, Staff was a bit surprised but reacted well. F&B staff were outstanding, taking special attention to my ”polite” daughters compare to other kids that parents let go wild in a 5 stars hotel. Really appreciate Mrs. Oanh (captain there) for her support and dedication tor her role in the restaurant. FO staff were literally going out of their way to support us. Room was always cleaned with outstanding view and balcony. If I wanted to look for a flaw in the hotel it would be the lack of Concierge service, but has i said the FO staff was very supportive to coop with this flaw. I had the chance to meet the GM Mr. Dat Da who was extremely hospitable, going beyond his job but impersonated the word Hospitality. Ideally located near the beach. and close the the city center. To whoever read this i can only and strongly recommend the FLC City hotel with it's team

This could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.

The facilities are worthy of 4 *, relatively clean, but the room is a bungalow next to the sea, so there are quite a lot of insects, everyone should pay attention to close the door when going out. In addition, the service is good, the staff is quite gentle and supportive. However, the tram service has to wait a bit long

This is a very nice apartment right in the city center, reasonable price, good value for money, the boss is very enthusiastic

Visiting L'amor during my trip to Quy Nhơn was an unforgettable experience. I was enchanted by the refined beauty and modern European style of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's decor was exceptionally tasteful and meticulously maintained. The central location was a huge plus, as it only took a short walk to reach Quy Nhon's beach. I loved waking up early; the hotel's pool area provided a wide view of the expansive sea and a beautiful sunrise. The serene atmosphere and the connection with nature truly made my vacation extra special. The service here was professional, incredibly warm and attentive. I even left my AirPods at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful and worked together seamlessly to help me retrieve them. The hotel's restaurant is also a noteworthy highlight, offering delicious and beautifully presented local and fresh dishes, including squid noodles, mixed noodles, and pho. I took the time to try several dishes here, and they were not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was of high quality, featuring a wide variety of food and a selection of tea and coffee. The hotel's spa services were also affordably priced, and I found the hair spa treatment to be a great value. Nearly every service here exceeded my expectations during my stay. This is truly an ideal destination for those looking to enjoy a luxurious vacation, with very reasonable prices compared to the area. If you're planning a trip to Quy Nhơn, I strongly believe that L'amor is an excellent choice for everyone.

The resort takes great care of it little by little, I like the makeup service every night with cakes like a good night's sleep, only complaining is that the room price is a bit high but it combines 2 single beds to double beds and the room does not have a bathtub.

Resort is newly built and just opened, built onto the mountain side, is very well done building. Id say about 3/4 of rooms would have an excellent sea view, the rest look more to the mountain side. Lots of landscaping and garden work has been done, lots of new trees planted. All the rooms are brand new, but missing some things, we had a kitchenette in our room, but no cookware or cutlery. There was no “Do not disturb/Please clean my room” sign so the staff knock anytime. Pool area is really big and very nice, but no umbrellas or deck chairs, not sure if they haven’t brought any yet or they had been put away somewhere, we weren’t there at peak time, but would be good if they had a few chairs out for guests that are there. Restaurant has good meals, but is fairly basic, and no english translation on the menu.. The bar wasn’t open while we were there, so no cocktails on the menu either. The staff are very nice and friendly, but lack that high end resort training that you will get in a well established resort. The resort is priced quite cheap by comparison to others, so you get many local families in. There are some ponds around in the garden that getting very slimy with the lack of water flow, im sure there better in the wet season, but they need more attention as there were a lot of mosquitos around. Biggest issue we had was we got our laundry done while there and were charged 695,000 for the service. This was more than our meal we had there. We have had this done elsewhere while in Vietnam and its normally 40K - 80K. When i asked about this no effort was made to change the price. The resort is alright, but needs to iron out these issues, in time i think it will be really good, but give it at least a year.

So, after a long 6 hr road trip to the hotel, I just wanted to rest. I specifically requested a quiet room. When they drove me to my room on all sides of me were families, with kids and crying babies and some were even in my hotel room because the door was unlocked so why not? I immediately requested a room change and I took it. However it's only for one night and my other nights I will be moved to another room. The hotel staff were very nice and tried to accommodate my request, however there were MANY local families at the resort and every room pretty much had noisy kids in them. All sunbeds are covered in a tent like thing so if you were planning on tanning, keep that in mind. The chairs are super uncomfortable and don't have an option to lower the backs so you are tuck in one position. Plus side, the pool is completely deserted during the day so if you enjoy the sun, you'll pretty much have the pool all to yourself. Not the hotel's fault on this next one but it's good to know that there are a zillion little gnats flying around which make life super uncomfortable. Also not the hotel's fault but the beach is pretty polluted. I don't fancy going in that AT ALL. AC works great. Breakfast really only catered to locals and there was very few other options. On my last day, the resort seemed more quiet which is a shame because I was leaving and I wish it would've been like that the whole time. It really is a pretty resort, regardless. I wanted to come to Quy Nhon because they said it's beautiful but I'm finding my expectations were set too high, sadly.
