Ain’t goin wrong with Beaches here in the PH!
A decade ago, Anawangin Cove was where you should go if you wanted to be alone on the beach. But that’s not the case anymore.
Anawangin’s popularity skyrocketed over the years, and it’s not hard to see why. Its coast is strewn with volcanic ash, spewed by Mt. Pinatubo in 1991, and then shaded by towering agoho trees, a type of casuarina tree that thrives by the shore. This combination, while not unique, is far from the usual beach landscape in the country. All this is magnified by its proximity to the capital, Manila, just 5 hours away.
The view from the southern hill that separates the main beach from another beach. If you’re facing the sea, simply follow the shore to your left and you will reach a trail up a hill. Climb to the top and you’ll have a fantastic panoramic view of the area.

Beach Camping at Anawangin Cove!🇵🇭
#timetotravel
What a nice weekend getaway in Zambales. A unique experience for my family as we camp by the beach in the middle of the pine trees. It is such a picturesque place where you can enjoy, the sun and the beach with a little bit of greenery from the pine trees around. You will need to rent a boat to reach the cove and once you reached the cove you need to rent a tent if you wish to stay overnight. The views on the way to the cove and from the cove towards the ocean are just mesmerizing. The beach itself is not the nicest but the overall experience is good enough. How to get here: There are plenty of boats from Pundaquit and boatmen are very corteous and welcoming. They will even offer to help you set up your tent. Enjoy and experience camping by the beach. !

MaryJoy Dela Cruz Gonzales The joy of seeing this volcano upclose
This is the location of the world's second-largest volcanic eruption in a heavily populated area. Mount Pinatubo erupted abruptly on June 15, 1991, releasing large waves of superheated ash and gas into the atmosphere; today, you may visit this magnificent yet eerie area with a leisurely paced climb that takes two to three hours. The pure, vividly blue waters that have collected in the volcano's crater are a peaceful yet eerie place to stop for lunch, rest, and, of course, take plenty of photos!

Mount Pinatubo Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Trekking to a Volcano in Zambales 🇵🇭
#timetotravel
Upon seeing this breathtaking place , I felt like I needed to kowtow because of its magnificent sight. This is Mount Pinatubo, an active volacano which last erupted in 1993.
You need to trek for 2 hours to the crater of the volcano which has crystal clear lake. Trekking is a popular activity here so it is advised to wear your hiking gear if you want to see the famous Mount Pinatubo's crater. Before the hiking you will experience an hour and half jeep drive from Angeles City.
Make sure you are well equipped and carry a light backpack to store your water.
A memorable trek indeed!
Enjoy your hike!

Hiking to the beautiful mount Pinatubo

The view is absolutely mesmerizing, offering a stunning reward for your efforts. Some adventurous souls even opt to take a dip in the crater lake's rejuvenating waters.Descending back down the trail, you'll reflect on the incredible experience of hiking to Mount Pinatubo, surrounded by the beauty and power of nature.
