[Face Travel] Iceland is a super place for portraits - Sinai Peninsula
Iceland's Sinai Peninsula, in addition to the world-famous photography site - straw hat mountain, there are various good churches and lighthouses, all A great place to shoot portraits! Of course, there are also many lighthouses and churches on the way from Iceland's second largest city, Akureyri, to the Sinai Peninsula. Don't miss it!
Iceland in snow and ice is really beautiful, although the road conditions are not very good everywhere, but it is worthwhile to see such a beautiful view! When I first came to Iceland, I felt that the weather was not good, and the wind was very big. I once collapsed because I was wet four times a day. I didnt expect it to get better in the future, and I was so sad when I left! Maybe next time, come back in the summer!
Send you a mobile phone screensaver from Iceland
I have seen the hustle and bustle of the motherland, the bleakness of the Scottish mountains, the snowy mountains of the Alps, and the magic of the Ayers boulder in Australia. I thought that almost all the types of mountains have been basically seen, but when I faced the raised mountains on the extremely cold land of Iceland, I suddenly raised awe. What I fear is that it is so desolate, you can also see such a mountain with vitality, and there is a strong moss on the mountain. They sprout in the summer, and then wither and turn yellow in autumn, and the winter will be covered with snow for a long time, and it will start again and again, but it will also create the special tundra landform and mountain posture of Iceland.
How to shoot?
1 The most famous here is the straw hat mountain (also called Sna Mountain) in Figure 1. This shape needs to be taken in front of the river to have the shape of a straw hat. The waterfall in front of the creek can be used as a foreground, with a slow door and a light-reducing mirror to capture the smooth flow of water. Remember to take a picture vertically and you can do a mobile screen saver later.
2 Because the latitude is high and the cloud is particularly low, you may want to find a suitable angle to pat the mountain with a cloud hat.
3 Friends with aircraft can also let others use the background of the mountains to pat your photo with the aircraft. I find it very interesting. Of course, the area where the no-fly zone sign is written cannot fly.
4 Of course, the most classic is sitting at the top of the small waterfall, taking a photo with the lovely straw hat mountain.
Another Icelandic landmark
must be reported by the straw hat mountain.
Icelandic Kirkjufell is located near the small town of Grundarfjordur in Iceland, on the Snaefellsnes. Its name translated into English is 'Church Mountain'

From the mystic glaciers to the black sand beaches, every landscape is a work of art. A special thanks to @rentalensiceland for rescuing my photography trip, lending me their Canon camera after mine was damaged due to extreme weather conditions. Feel on top of the world at Arnastapi
Standing on the Arnarstapi stone bridge is like stepping into a geological wonderland!
This picturesque walk along the cliffs of Arnarstapi on Iceland's Snæfellsnes Peninsula offers a mesmerizing display of nature's artistry. As you begin your journey from the stone bridge, the dramatic coastal scenery unfolds before your eyes.
The cliffs here are a rugged masterpiece, carved over centuries by the relentless force of the North Atlantic Ocean. Towering basalt columns, some resembling massive organ pipes, stretch skyward, forming intricate patterns that evoke a sense of awe. These hexagonal columns, a result of volcanic activity, create a natural labyrinth for you to explore.
Along the path, you'll encounter striking rock formations shaped by wind and water. Enormous boulders, some balancing precariously on cliff edges, serve as testament to the power of erosion. The deep blue sea crashes against the rocks below, creating a symphony of sound that accompanies your journey.
As you continue your walk, you'll reach the iconic Gatklettur, or "Arch Rock." This massive stone archway frames the ocean like a natural window, offering stunning vistas of the sea and the distant Snæfellsjökull volcano.
Arnastapi cliff walk is a sensory feast, where the ancient dance between earth and water is on full display, inviting visitors to contemplate the enduring beauty of our planet
