Wat Snesoukharam is a Buddhist temple which one of a historic cultural site amongst Luang Prabang Buddhist temples, it was built in 18th Century, with a beautiful structure, great architecture , spectacular murals on the Doors and windows farm. it located in a very good location in the old quarter of town, situated along the Main street ( Sakkaline Road), in between Wat Xieng thong and Photos mountain, Khan river and Mekong river.

There several Kutti which the place for Monks and novices living.

Wat Sensoukharam
Wat Sensoukharam is a place that you can’t miss if you are in the city of Luang Prabang.
Getting there is pretty easy as it is not far from downtown so it could be a 20 minutes walk if you are in downtown or max 8 - 10 min by car.
The recommended sightseeing time is half an hour or maximum one hour.
Beautiful surroundings, impressive architecture and colourful decoration are three characteristics that make worthy to admire this place.
After the visit, you can also enjoy some shopping or nice food as there are many restaurants. Especially the Night Market is just walking distance.
