The Uspenski Orthodox Church is the largest Orthodox church in Scandinavia. It was built in 1862 and took six years to complete. On the back of the cathedral, there is also a plaque commemorating Tsar Alexander II. Uspenski Cathedral is located on the hillside of the Kadayanoga Peninsula. The main color of red is matched with the representative onion top. The interior of the church shows the decoration of the Orthodox Byzantine style under the influence of Italian art. There are a total of thirteen towers, and the cross on all the minarets faces east, symbolizing Jesus and the twelve apostles, and the shape is very eye-catching. The dome inside the church is painted with ornate paintings and religious allusions, with a strong traditional Orthodox church art style.
