Goryokaku Garden

Buy a ticket and go up to the Goryokaku Tower to the top observation deck to see the whole view of the park (actually I think you can see the whole view of Hakodate). If you come here during the cherry blossom season or snow season, the scenery will definitely be very beautiful. After coming down, I just walked around the park, which is not very meaningful. It’s better to look at it from above.



Goryōkaku Tower

The viewing tower is next to Wuling Guocheng. After buying the ticket, go to the front desk to scan the QR code to change the ticket. There are two floors upstairs, of which there are fewer people on the lower floor. The tower is very good. The surrounding area of Hakodate is unobstructed, but the scenery is good or not. The key depends on the weather of the day.


