For accommodation, it's recommended to stay near Gaozhuang, as most of the attractions are nearby—like the Starlight Night Market, the Primitive Forest Park, the Riverside Night Market, Manting Park, and the Total Buddha Temple. It's suggested to visit Manting Park and the Total Buddha Temple together, as they are connected, so you can check them off at once. The Forest Park and Wild Elephant Valley are adjacent to each other, and if you want to experience the Dai Minority Park's water-splashing, save it for the afternoon and bring an extra set of clothes!!! By the way, when visiting the Starlight Night Market, you must check out the music scene at the Six Countries Water Park's Dai Disco, it's really exciting!!! Highly recommended!!!! Also recommended is the Northeastern breakfast at Jinghong near Xiaoyu Nannuo's Dai-flavored BBQ!!! As a Southerner, I really fell in love with the salty soybean pudding!!!
