A hidden gem in Shenzhen that even the locals don't know about - the Maldives of Nan'ao
✅ The sea water is very clear, it's really awesome. This place is open for free, even if you don't stay in the hotel, you can come in and play.
✅ It is recommended to wait for a sunny day or come in the morning, there won't be many people, and the sea water is still that kind of clear jelly color, really like the glass jelly sea of Phuket, you can also swim, snorkel, paddle board, speed boat and so on...
✅ The plank road leading to the end of the sea next to it is really amazing, especially taking photos along the plank road is super photogenic, you can also sit on the reef and blow the sea breeze, it's very healing.
📍Address: Youtan Bay Beach, Nan'ao, Shenzhen
✅Price: Free
✅About transportation
The transportation here is not very convenient, there is no bus or direct car, it is recommended to drive by yourself, the car can be parked on the side of the road, but there is a risk of being ticketed, or parked in the parking lot inside (charge 50¥), if you take a taxi, be sure to make an early appointment for a car to go back, it's easy to get stuck in traffic late, and it's hard to get a car.
(Note: Cars entering the Dapeng area on weekends need to make an appointment in advance)
✅Travel tips:
① When swimming, be sure to play within the designated range, try not to go to deep water, and pay attention to safety.
② Be sure to do a good job of sun protection, and you can also prepare some snacks and water, the purchase price in the scenic area will be more expensive.
③ You can swim, snorkel, motorboat, kayak (charge).
④ Weekends and holidays are prone to traffic jams, it is recommended to come on weekdays or before noon, there will be relatively fewer people, and the beach is a niche beach, not very big.

In Shenzhen! Netizens didn't lie to me! Yogan Bay is really beautiful!!
In Shenzhen! Netizens didn't lie to me! Yogan Bay is really beautiful!! I've finally arrived at the Yogan Bay beach with its jelly-like sea!!
The beach is actually inside a hotel
You don't need to stay to get in for free
It's so cool~
The beach isn't very big, and the sand is coarser compared to Jiediao sand
But the sea is really clear, not inferior to Southeast Asia
At sunset, you can see the entire sea line here
You can also walk up to the hillside on the left for a hike
It has a more rustic forest feel, a bit of an adventure feeling
📸 Check-in spots:
✔️ Beach: There are installations for check-in, and the water is clear for swimming
✔️ Cape No.8: On the rocks to the right of the beach entrance
✔️ Church: Visible from the left of the main entrance, so beautiful
✔️ Swing: Inside an abandoned house on the hillside, sitting here watching the sunset is amazing (but there are quite a few mosquitoes)
✔️ Sunset: You can see the sunset in the direction of the hillside, it's really, really, really beautiful
🚘 How to get there
It's recommended to drive or take a rideshare/taxi, as the bus doesn't go directly there, it's quite remote
🅿️ About non-accommodation parking
Just park on the road for free, then walk down the slope to the beach
On weekends and holidays, there are too many people, so it's recommended to go early, otherwise, you'll have to park far away, and it will be tiring to go back up to get the car
⭕️ Tips
✔︎ Don't navigate directly to Yogan Bay Beach, because there are forks in the road, navigate to 'Nanao Yogan Bay Royal Court Resort' for the correct route
✔︎ The mountain roads are quite steep and narrow, watch out for oncoming traffic
✔︎ The convenience store's drinks and food are very, very, very expensive, it's recommended to bring your own snacks and water
✔︎ The UV rays are strong, make sure to protect yourself from the 🌞
✔︎ The beach shower room costs 10/person, and it's busier on weekends
✔︎ If you're driving to the eastern part (Dapeng Peninsula) on weekends or holidays, you need to make a reservation in advance, otherwise, you'll be fined 💰

【Stunning Seaside Gem】The Yujiao Bay Beach in Shenzhen's Nan'ao is unbelievably YYDS
Who would have thought, this gorgeous seaside in Shenzhen is a place I'd want to visit ten thousand times more. The last time I went to Juediao Sand, I thought the sea there was very clean and clear, but this place is the real YYDS! 😭 I was worried before coming that it might be a 'photo trick', but what I saw with my own eyes was even more beautiful than the pictures. Plus, it's free to enter, so you can come and play without staying at a hotel.
You must come on a sunny day or in the morning when there are not many people, and the sea is that clear, jelly-like color that really resembles the glass jelly sea of Phuket. You can also swim, snorkel, paddleboard, speedboat, and so on... 🏊♀️🏄♂️🚤
What I love the most is the walkway next to it that leads to the end of the sea. It's absolutely stunning, especially for taking photos along the walkway, which are incredibly photogenic. You can also sit on the rocks and enjoy the sea breeze, which is particularly healing. 📸💆♀️

China also has a jelly sea—The Glass Sea at Yogan Bay in Shenzhen is stunningly beautiful
Do you think this is Phuket? No!
This is a lesser-known free Glass Jelly Sea beach at Yogan Bay in Shenzhen!!
I am extremely amazed by it! Here, I must declare, this is the cleanest and clearest sea area I have seen in Guangdong, indistinguishable from the jelly sea of Phuket.
Admission: Free
Opening Hours: All day
Location: Yogan Bay Beach
Address: Yogan Bay, E'gong Village, Nan'ao Town, Dapeng New District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province
Transportation: It is recommended to drive by oneself, just navigate directly, and you can park on the roadside

Nan'ao Yougan Bay Beach
Nan'ao Pomelo Bay Beach
I declare!! Pomelo Bay is Shenzhen's glass sea ceiling. Here's a guide.
I think it's more beautiful than Juediao Sand, maybe because I went to Juediao Sand on a cloudy day.
Unlike Juediao Sand, it has many shaded areas. You can find a spot for a picnic mat, quietly listen to the sea, feel the breeze, and watch the glassy jelly sea. It's really comfortable!
The scene is more beautiful than the photos! There are a lot of photo spots.
It's very niche, and there were few people when I went on the weekend. But it's too beautiful, I caught the low tide, and I even found a sea urchin. Some people also caught fish.
Don't go under the following circumstances:
If you're not driving yourself, it's not recommended to go: you need to drive on mountain roads, and it's probably hard to find a taxi. When coming down, you can find a motorcycle to take you. It's about 20 yuan.
If you're not skilled at driving: the important thing is not that the mountain roads are difficult to drive, but that there will be very complex passing situations.
If you like big beaches, this is a small beach. It's just stunning and has a few photo spots, and not many people.
If you don't like traffic jams, don't go. It shouldn't be too bad on weekdays or early on weekends. After 3 pm on weekends, a 500-meter stretch might be jammed for an hour. (Experience from someone who's been there) Next is the parking strategy:
Navigate to 'Nan'ao Pomelo Bay Royal Court Resort'.
When you're almost there, the hotel security stops cars, and if you haven't booked the hotel, they won't let you in, but we negotiated for a while and paid 40 yuan to get in.
It's recommended to go on a good weather weekday or early on the weekend, you'll really feel it's worth the trip.
Tips:
1. Try to choose a weekday to avoid weekends and holidays, there won't be many people, but the mountain road is two lanes, and some cars park on the side making it a single lane, which can cause traffic.
2. Must-bring items for the beach: slippers, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, sun umbrella, swimsuit, swim trunks, swimming ring.
3. There's not much good food inside, bring your own food and drinks.
4. Try not to park on the side of the road, when I was leaving, I saw traffic police seemed to be taking down license plates.
!For weekend and holiday self-driving trips, you need to make a reservation for vehicle passage in advance!!?
1. Follow 'Shenzhen Traffic Police'
2. Enter the main page, select the menu bar at the bottom, click 'Traffic Police Interaction' > 'Pass Reservation' > 'Dapeng Peninsula' to enter the reservation page.
3. Select the reservation date, time slot, fill in the vehicle license plate number and other information, and then you can submit with one click.

Yugan Bay is a niche beach resort, a good choice to avoid the crowds
Located in the southern part of Shenzhen, Nanao Yugan Bay Beach is recommended to be reached by self-driving due to its relatively remote transportation.
Yugan Bay attracts visitors with its uniqueness🌈. As a private beach🏖️, it is only open to vacationers, so there are relatively few people. The environment here is well protected, retaining the tranquility of nature. The beach area is surrounded by a large number of pomelo trees, and just thinking of pomelos🍊, one can feel the fresh, natural, and vibrant emotions.
For accommodation, the Shenzhen Huangting Yugan Bay Resort Hotel is a good option, priced at 1099 yuan per night. The hotel offers a variety of room types, including family rooms and villa rooms, which are randomly assigned upon check-in.
The accommodation fee includes one night's stay, a delicious breakfast, exquisite afternoon tea, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the beach🏖️, visit the internet-famous church, the internet-famous swing, and the internet-famous pier. The wooden villa provides a spacious activity space, which is very suitable for traveling with children, allowing them to play to their heart's content.
The sea view rooms on the upper floors of the hotel offer good privacy, making them very suitable for couples traveling. Imagine standing on the balcony, facing the sea, and welcoming a beautiful future with your loved one, it must be full of romantic feelings.
In addition, there are some recommended attractions nearby, such as Dapeng Fortress and Dongshan Temple. If you like this information, please like, save, and follow.

The glowing jelly-like sea at Yogan Bay in Shenzhen is breathtaking
After taking advice to visit the glowing sea at Yogan Bay, I was truly moved to tears!
It's really a free jelly glass sea!
It's unbelievably beautiful!
Just sitting under the shade of trees, feeling the sea breeze, and daydreaming~
This time, I even captured the shimmering sea surface✨
To describe this place as anything other than beautiful would be an understatement; I'm at a loss for words
If you have enough time, you can enjoy the sunset
Promise me, when the weather is good and the sun is shining, you must come to the Shenzhen seaside to see it!

The place that has been asked about 99 times is indeed a domestic tourist spot
It's not overseas, it's Shenzhen.
Hidden in Shenzhen is this sea of glass.
The beach is not very big, but the water is very clear.
It has given me a different impression of Shenzhen.
The road to get there is quite winding, all through the mountains, so be careful if you're driving.

Who knows, I really want to go to this stunning seaside in Shenzhen for 10,000 more times
I thought the sea at Jiediaosha was very clean and clear last time, but I didn't expect this place to be the real deal, YYDS. I was worried about it being a photo trap before coming, but what I saw with my own eyes is even more beautiful than the pictures~ Moreover, this place is open for free, so you can come and play without staying at a hotel.
I suggest you definitely wait for a sunny day or come in the morning when there are not many people, and the sea is that kind of clear jelly color that you can see to the bottom, really similar to the glass jelly sea in Phuket. You can also swim, snorkel, paddleboard, speedboat, and so on...
What I like the most is the walkway next to it that leads to the end of the sea, it's really amazing, especially for taking photos along the walkway, which is super photogenic. You can also sit on the rocks and enjoy the sea breeze, which is particularly healing.

Here, everyone can be Snow White
This is not Maldives, Philippines... this is in Shenzhen Dapeng
The seawater is really clear
A casual shot can produce stunning photos
Because of the difficulties in transportation, hard to reach and other reasons
This beach has received mixed reviews
I fell in love with it when I visited, so I continue to check in this wonderful beach
Actually, with a good guide, it's not that 'thunderous' here~
There is a basic introduction in the previous note
Here I share some pitfalls and how to avoid them, for an enhanced guide~
✨✨First like and collect, go on a sunny weekend✨✨
📍Place: Yougan Bay
🗺️Navigation: Shenzhen Nanao Yougan Bay
🚗Transportation: Take the E11 bus to Dapeng Moon Bay and take a taxi in, or drive by yourself
💰Cost: Free
🌊Swimming and playing in the water:
1⃣️The seawater is super clear, it looks better in the morning, a little muddy after noon
2⃣️There is a designated area for swimming in the sea
3⃣️There is no shark net on the rock side, don't go too far, you have to play in the enclosed area
4⃣️There are snorkeling, paddle boarding, speed boating and other activities
5⃣️The beach has a paid shower, 15 yuan for 8 minutes of cold water
Transportation
⛈️Self-driving BUG:
❌The small road in is a two-lane road, winding and not so easy to drive
❌The hotel parking lot in Yougan Bay is not open to non-guests on weekends
❌On weekends, self-driving vehicles can only park along the road, can't drive in, there is a risk of getting a ticket
❌If there is a row of cars parked on one side, it becomes a single lane and starts to jam
❌Now there are a lot of people during the summer vacation, parking starts to queue up at noon on weekends, you have to walk a distance
🚥What to do, the following for reference
1⃣️Go in the morning, fewer people, not jammed
2⃣️Park the car outside Dapeng and take a taxi in
3⃣️There is a farm on the way in, with paid parking, but it is a distance from Yougan Bay
🌧️Taxi BUG
It's easy to take a taxi in, but be careful about the time when you take a taxi back
It's easy to get a taxi in the early afternoon, because people will take a taxi in. At 5 o'clock, when there are not many people coming in, you can't get a taxi
🚥What to do, the following for reference
1⃣️If you can't get a taxi, you can go to the parking lot to find a carpool (there are small cars, motorcycles, 15-20 yuan per person)
2⃣️If there is no carpool, you can try to pay the taxi fare from outside to come in, and then take it out
