We are here at the Quincy Market and there are so much crowd here. It is an historical building and now it has been converted to a huge food market and crowded everyday. They open at 10am everyday and close early on Sunday at 6pm. Some of the vendors will close earlier or once they are sold out. So don’t come here too late. There are clean toilets here too so you can shop and dine here easily. Some parts of the roads are not even because it is still retained of the stone pavement so wheelchairs and strollers will need to find an alternative way. There are also live bands and buskers around the market and it gives a very upbeat atmosphere.

A food tour of Quincy Market
As a foodie, the places I travel to are inevitably filled with markets, night markets, and food streets. In Boston, the place not to be missed is the famous Quincy Market.
When I arrived at Quincy Market with great anticipation, the food on the first floor was dazzling. All kinds of fancy desserts, local delicacies, Indian and South Asian flavored foods are available. I found that most of the customers in Quincy Market are tourists, and it is crowded when it comes to meal times. These foods are not only beautiful in appearance, suitable for taking pictures, but also affordable in price.
We followed the crowd and ordered a lobster and clam chowder. The lobster tasted incredibly delicious, and the clam chowder was also very good. The BOSTONCHOWDA shop, which is a relatively old shop, is famous for making these two kinds of food. There are many people in Quincy Market during meal times, so if possible, it's best to go as early as possible.
In addition, I also tasted the Maine lobster roll. The boiled lobster paired with egg yolk sauce, although the combination of this dish is simple, the taste is very delicious.
In general, Quincy Market is a paradise for food. Whether it is locals or tourists, they can find their favorite food here. However, remember to go as early as possible during meal times, so as not to miss the food feast here.

Quincy Market
Quincy Market, located in Boston, USA, is a famous shopping and gourmet destination in the city. Established in 1824, the central building of this market has many food stalls, including various international cuisines such as French cuisine, American burgers, donuts, Turkish cuisine, Mexican flavor, Korean BBQ and North African cuisine, etc. In addition, the two adjacent buildings mainly sell fashion, decorations, jewelry and gifts.
As a place with a long history, the entire Quincy Market area and its surroundings have many buildings of historical value, which also makes Quincy Market a popular tourist attraction. In the mid-twentieth century, due to urban development making it old and crowded, Quincy Market underwent a major renovation, successfully transforming into a new commercial center, perfectly combining tourism and shopping.
The opening hours are 10:00-21:00 from Monday to Saturday, and 11:00-18:00 on Sunday. Here, tourists can not only taste food from all over the world, but also buy specialty products, appreciate street performers, and it is very convenient for both shopping and dining. Therefore, Quincy Market is a place not to be missed for both local residents and tourists.

Boston, Quincy Market in the United States.
The Quincy Market building is 2 stories high, 163 meters long, and covers an area of 2500 square meters. From a architectural perspective, the Kunxi Market is built with huge traditional New England granite and red walls, forming a rectangular shape with a central axis where a long corridor is located, equipped with many seats and entrances. Adjacent to it are two buildings, one is a food court and the other is a shopping mall for fashion, decorations, jewelry, and tourism gifts. There are many street performers' performances on the square.
Food is the best attraction for tourists, especially the Boston lobster roll and lobster feast with great appeal. Quincy Market has become one of the must-visit tourist attractions in Boston and a foodie's paradise.

Quincy Market - Boston

If you're looking for a quick lunch with many choices, this is a great place to go. However, with it's historical significance and the fact that it's in the center of downtown, it is wall to wall people.
We chose lobster rolls, with a cup of clam chowder and a drink from the Boston Fish Company.
We had to walk around for a bit to find some place to eat and ended up at a standing table at the center of the market. All of the food was very good. One lobster roll served hot, with butter and the other served cold with mayonaise. The clam chowder was thick and flavorful with a lot of cut up potatoes and clams. #passionpassport #beautifuldestinations
