San Diego has the largest urban cultural park in the United States, Balboa Park. The entrance to the gate seems to have contrasted with the ancient Spanish colonial era and the coastal city outside. The park is full of Spanish colonial revival-style gorgeous museum buildings and excellent gardening. Designed, the park brings together 15 museums including human history, natural history, photography, art, cars, flying, etc. The museum has two museums, the San Diego Natural History Museum and the Fleet Science Center. The design of the museum is very attractive. It is a hand-to-hand touch to explore some areas that children have not touched before. It is very suitable for taking children to study.
Located on the north side of the city, San Diego Balboa Park is a comprehensive park that combines old Spanish architecture, clock towers, museums, botanical gardens and art markets. If you can only play for one day in San Diego, you must go to Balboa Park. Getting started is free here, some museums in the park require separate tickets, and the museum is open for free every Tuesday. There is free parking inside, which attracts many citizens and tourists. It can also block two people or walk directly, in the garden, and freely. Sometimes there are open-air concerts in the park, and it is luck.

This is a great place for so many things to do and see. I went for one museum and ended up walking the entire complex and checking out the sites. Found places to eat and many places to visit. Absolutely beautiful place but if you want to see it all bring your wallet because most require some $$ to get it. I did not want to spend a lot so I ended up just walking the grounds and seeing all the beautiful architecture and landscaping. Would recommend even if it is to just walk around and view the sights
Included are photos of the succulent garden, it is located across the bridge from the main fountain near the Space Museum. From this beautiful and complete garden you can catch views of the canyons where mountain bikers reign. The species of succulents and cacti is truly impressive, I had never explored this whole area. There is always something beautiful to see at Balboa Park
The greatest location in all San Diego, adorable and really friendly location. Majestic choices of multiple museums. I wish I had the opportunity to visit all of them. But just walking by the all parc is an impressive experience where is great to go around and enjoy the street art. The grass is so beautiful. There is a lot to do around there, like enjoying the street art artist or enjoying a seating in the parcels with a lot of friends. Strongly recommend anyone who’s travelling around San Diego. I’d like to mention and Thanks a lot the nice ladies from the visitor information center, they were really nice, welcoming and helpful. I’m grateful for their information. I’ll wait for you in Vancouver ;) thanks

City Cultural Park, Balboa Park, San Diego, USA.
According to the travel plan, we visited Balboa Park in San Diego. Using the Google Maps app was as convenient. We took a bus from the hotel and arrived quickly on foot. On weekends, there were many tourists in the park. San Diego is a city of many ethnic groups, and most of the people in the park were with children, lovers, or friends. The park is very large and faces the sea, with beautiful scenery. There are many characteristic small parks in the park, and many Spanish-style old buildings can be seen. According to the introduction, they are the legacy of the World Expo in the early 20th century. There are tall palm trees on the street, many cactus plants, some of which are several meters high, and some grow close to the ground, blooming with beautiful small flowers. Children fly kites by the sea, an old artist stacks pebbles incredibly steadily, attracting applause. A painter draws portraits for tourists. The craft shops display paintings and souvenirs, and Balboa Park is full of artistic atmosphere. There are many restaurants and bars in the park. Along the small streets, the fragrance of food such as steak, corn tortillas, and Chinese fried spring rolls occasionally wafts from restaurants and food stalls. After wandering around for half a day, we ate Mexican burritos in the sunset and enjoyed the sea breeze.
In Balboa Park, there are several museums that require tickets. There are also paid electric cars and human-powered tricycles for sightseeing in the park.
When you come to a city, of course you have to visit its parks, and San Diego, California is no exception. Balboa Park, located in the northern part of downtown San Diego, was built in 1910 and is known as "America's largest urban cultural park," rivaling New York's Central Park. The park has 15 museums with themes ranging from human history to photography to art, as well as the famous San Diego Zoo. In addition to the museums, the park also has several gardens with different styles, such as the Rose Garden, Tropical Plant Greenhouse, Desert Park, Cactus Garden, and Palm Valley, all of which will surprise you with their discoveries.
A city that you must visit in San Diego.
Visited California, San Diego is a must-see. I love it here too much 💋.
First stop: San Diego, California.
White church, especially beautiful and magnificent, also very photogenic, very suitable for taking wedding photos.
Third stop: Balboa
This park is really really really beautiful, with European-style buildings, large fountains and rows of loveheart plane trees. I only found out from others that this was a filming location for "The Heirs" (I used to love watching it but had no idea). I'm glad I didn't miss it.
Fourth stop: LaJolla
On the beach, there are many seals that you can get up close to (but be careful, they can be fierce and scared me). What's funny is that I heard someone next to me on the phone saying, "It's too smelly here, I can't stand it, but why not watch the seals for free? You have to pay to go to the zoo." I really think they're right, hahaha.
San Diego is really worth going to, it's so beautiful 👍👍👍
wonderful entertainment
at park with daughter and granddaughter art exibits ,music clown doing great tricks so many palm trees!…

Balboa Park is really big, and it has the title of the largest urban cultural park in the United States. It is spread over more than ten museums, as well as some large and small gardens and parks. The San Diego Zoo is also here. If you want to visit the museum, it is recommended to buy a pass, which is much more cost-effective than buying it separately. Pay attention to the opening hours of each museum. Otherwise, you can only look at the appearance. The buildings in the park have their own characteristics, and each place has a different feeling. The park also offers a free shuttle bus between several popular museums. If you want to take a ride, it is recommended to park at the parking lot at Inspiration Point on the border between Park Blvd and Presidents Way. There is no charge for parking in the entire park. There are basically parking lots around the museums, which is very suitable for self-driving. The park is very good and is a great choice for a relaxing walk.
The importance of Balboa Park in San Diego is like Central Park in New York. In fact, he is much larger than Central Park and is known as the largest national urban cultural park in the United States. Because this park built in 1868 has hosted two World Expos: the Panama Expo in 1915 and the CA Pacific Expo in 1935, which left countless pavilions at the time, and now they have opened up as museums, so they become San. The most concentrated place in the Diego Museum. At present, the park has 15 museums including human history, natural history, photography, art, cars, flying, etc., six open-air or indoor performing arts venues, and eight different styles of gardens. In addition to the museum, the gardening of Balboa Park is also very good. Rose gardens, tropical plant greenhouses, desert gardens, cactus gardens and palm valleys all give visitors a surprise.
