Million Dollar Ice Cream Parlor

#japantrip Yokosuka friends 👀 Did you know there's an ice cream parlor opening on Blue Street!? And you're invited to the Grand Opening, with free tastings of all their many ice cream flavors, THIS Wednesday, April 17th from 12pm to 4pm and 5pm to 9pm! Today, we had the opportunity to check out the new space and bring you all the "scoop." This special new spot in Yokosuka is brought to you by local owner, Kon, who also owns the Green Hill bar/club in Yokosuka. Kon has dreamed of opening an ice cream parlor in Yokosuka for over 5 years and took a trip to San Diego to do his own ice cream parlor research. He saw a need in our community for a special spot where families can gather during the day and sailors can visit in the evening after the bars close. (They'll be open until 2am on weekends!) The Million Dollar Ice Cream Parlor offers so many freshly made flavors like salted peanut butter chocolate and mango coconut. Their kitchen is right below the parlor, where they'll also be baking fresh cookies and brownies for toppings. Is your mouth watering yet? 😋 Check out the new beautiful space on Wednesday! * Feel free to come with your stroller. This place is stroller and kid friendly, with a ramp at the entrance.
