One of the best 5 Stars Hotel in the world with exceptional hospitality. The hotel has team who consistently demonstrate beyond 5 stars Hotel standard based on our last 5 stays. Our last stay was to celebrate my daughter's late birthday and the were really surprised, impressed, by Park Royal Pickering team, who did huge extra miles - behind the scene to provide the nice decoration, detail amenities and high room quality which make our stay & celebration very memorable. The hotel are truly exceptional in treating guest and elevated the hospitality into different level by taking care every single detail from best historical information during past stays. The facilities are very good, we use the pool several times as well as the gym. The scenery from the pool is simply gorgeous. We spent time to walked though the beautiful concept of garden at level 5. The breakfast is very delicious, the hotel provided best quality of food as always.
