Fancy fusion Japanese food

Ginkyo by Kinki is a newly opened Japanese bar at one Holland, we made reservation a day before and fortunate enough to get a seat on a Saturday. The atmosphere of this place is really nice and semi casual, feels very spacious and comfortable. We ordered one of their Signature cocktail and it was good, presentation of the cocktail was simple but the cocktail was simply good. We ordered one of their most popular appetiser, the rice crackers tuna, it was interesting! The rice cracker is literally “rice”, crispy and abit sticky, goes well with the tuna salad. It was my first time trying something like this, we top up abit more to get one more piece of tuna cracker. We ordered 2 mains using triple plus, so one of the dish is free! We ordered their market sashimi bowl which was delicious, the sashimi was fresh, presentation was nice and portion is just nice! One of the staff recommended their fried fish (catch of today) and that day was fresh sea bass, it came with a whole fish and you have an option to add fried mantou at the side, please get the fried mantou because it’s good! Initially we were worried we do not have enough to eat, but the portion turned out to be just nice for us, very nice and hearty meal :)
