Amazing grilled meat with mini rooftop view

Fireplace by Bedeock at Holland village It’s my second time here in within a month and still can’t wait to come back again! I’m a grilled meat lover and they serve really nice grilled meat here. We ordered a few of their popular grilled meat and my favourite goes to the grilled lamb with mint sauce! The lamb is so tender and juicy, grilled meat is so nicely done and it’s not dry at all! It goes so well with the mint sauce. The pork belly also another popular item here, it come with the applewood dip. This is another favourite dish of mine, the pork belly skin is so crispy and crunchy, and the pork is smoky and tender and fatty, so nicely done! It already look very appetising before i started eating it! We ordered a glazed bread as appetiser and it look so impressive, the bread is so fluffy and soft, it come with capsicum dip and butter, I like to eat it more with butter than the capsicum dip. Cause nothing beats having a soft and fluffy bread with butter, oh also they served it in a stone stove that keeps the bread warm and nice. It was so kind of them to give us complimentary cake with happy birthday logo, it was their coffee and cream cake. So far the service here is good, food at a higher side but worth trying!
