This is my go to place to eat at city hall area because the seafood soup base is really good and value for money. They offer a variety of different fishes but my fav is toman fish. You can also try their porridge which is cooked with the same some base but has ginger in it so it tastes different. But do eat the regular soup base if it’s your first time there!
