As the weather got warmer, I craved buckwheat noodles and visited the traditional restaurant, Yurimmyeon(유림면#seoulrestaurant , located near City Hall Station. This 50 year old noodle restaurant selected for the Michelin Bighourmand for many years, it was also selected as the Seoul Future Heritage Awarded at Seoul's special Nopo(old restaurant). The menu composition is very simple but substantial. There are only noodles prepared, but it is divided into buckwheat noodles and udon noodles / cold and hot / soup base and Bibim(paste mixing) base. There is pickled radish, which is served as a basic side dish when ordered here. It is characterized by a rough, white color that feels like making it themselves. The buckwheat noodles that I ordered are made and eaten like this. Boil the noodles well, wash them well with cold water, and put them on a plate. Then You can dip it in soy sauce base sauce. In this place, if you order buckwheat noodles, you can divide the noodles into two plates. In my case, the first plate is just dipped in soy sauce, and the other one is added with green onions and mustard sauce to enjoy a bit more spicy.
