A phu sturgeon hot pot at sapa

#thingstodo While I was in sapa, the weather was super cold and cooling hence I decided to have a hot pot meal to warm up. I bought this sturgeon set from a phu which is just a few minutes walk from sapa city centre. The fish was super fresh and tasty! And the portion was huge. I loved the taste of it and there weren’t really any bones. The set comes with mushroom and vegetables as well and the soup was so delicious and tasty too. I also ordered a salted chicken which was seasoned perfectly. I loved the food here and would recommend. The hotpot comes with noodles as well highly recommended though a bit expensive but worth the splurge.
