Floriade - Canberra

Flowers just come into full bloom. It is very spectacular and some lovely scents. Floriade is set over a large area, and there are some parts that overlook Lake Burley Griffin. We were fortunate to strike a most spectacular day. There are flowers everywhere, and it must have taken the organisers a lot of effort to arrange such a spectacular effort. There are plenty of photo opportunities. There was a great area where school bands were playing with vocals as well. Seating out in the fresh air. Top class! It was a highlight of our trip to Canberra. Could have been more variety, but what was on display everywhere was so spectacular.
