Because I saw it was a choir, and the cover of the ticket-selling app looked good, and it had a lot of ethnic characteristics. But from the moment the conductor came on stage... everything became formal... The whole concert was: Shocking! Beautiful! Ethnic! Moving! Thought-provoking! 🎉Thanks to the Kuban Cossack Choir for letting me experience the charm of Russian folk music! The Kuban Cossack Choir, established in 1811, is the only professional folk art group in Russia. The artistic director and conductor, Viktor Gavrilovich Zakharchenko, is amazing! An 85-year-old man, a veteran artist with many honors and titles, as soon as he came on stage, the audience began to applaud in tribute! The whole concert was divided into two parts, 3 hours! At the end, all the audience stood up and sang together➕applauded! This is a scene I have never seen before🥹 The whole performance included mixed choir, female choir, male choir, children's choir, folk dance, and mini musical The accompaniment included Russian folk instruments, orchestral instruments, and percussion instruments
