Stopover City from Ninh Binh to Halong Bay

Hai Phong, an industrial port city, a good stopover city if you are driving from Ninh Binh. A Boulevard Park is the main feature and attraction for the urban city dwellers. You might not see many tourist but there are opportunities to mingle with the locals and see what the locals do. I am also amazed with the new bridge infrastructure crossing Cham River on way to Halong Bay - an engineering solution that works. Best time to be is during weekends - day or night.
