Hiking Exercise Bukhansan

To get to Baegundae Peak you have two options: 1) A strenuous direct route to the peak that is very steep all the way. The route offers good shade but not much in terms of immediate surrounding views. Do this if you just want to get to the top as quickly as possible. This route is more scenic and relaxing. You can stop to explore several temples along the way. If you love being immersed in nature, this route has beautiful forests and several creek beds where you will be very tempted to stop and take a dip. As you make the final approach, you get an amazing overlook of the area surrounding Baegundae Peak.
