Baoding Sunny Farming and Rainy Reading Homestay 🪹 Nest, built facing the street, is located in the Shengyuan Art District of Dajidian, which is also the most artistic street in Dajidian. Staying in the Nest is like living in the entire Dajidian. From here, you can watch the sunrise, morning mist, stars, and water, and you won't miss any of the town's romantic moments. Inside the courtyard, there is a covered bridge. On the other side of the bridge, opposite the building, leaning on an ancient tree, the designer has built a glass viewing platform, which is my favorite place to drink tea and daydream. 💤 At sunrise, you can lie on the big bed on the second floor of the Nest and watch birds flit among the trees and the roof reflect beautiful colors in the sunlight. If you stay on the first floor, in the early morning, you will find the courtyard enveloped in mist, flowers blooming splendidly, and magpies flying overhead. At night, you can watch the stars fill the sky in the courtyard. The second floor features a large scenic room, one of which is equipped with a children's room, perfectly addressing the concerns of family travel. Floor-to-ceiling windows paired with tatami mats integrate the tea room with the rest area, allowing you to capture the scenery outside without leaving the house. The fragrance of the Chinese toon trees in the distance is just right this season. Chinese toon with scrambled eggs, Sichuan pepper water with Chinese toon are my favorites If you are captivated by the local charm of the water town, it's fine to stay a few more days, because apart from enjoying the changing stars of Baicao Gully, you can always find a place in the vast ancient town to attract your idle heart.
