Hotels in Europe are not big, and a few of them provide slippers, bathrobes, and bottled water. In the city center, there is a small train at the door. It is not far to eat nearby. The day before yesterday, I was charged 7 yuan for city tax, but I gave 20 yuan but didn't get the change. I realized it later. I booked two breakfasts, but when I went to eat, I was told that they didn't have them. I contacted Ctrip, and after Ctrip verified that they didn't eat them, they refunded the money for two breakfasts immediately without any nonsense. Thumbs up for Ctrip!

服務態度不好

Good service. Staff is friendly and explained everything in details including deposit and tax policy. Things in room like drink are for free.

Although the rooms in this hotel are relatively small, the location is very good. Take tram No. 2 to the city center. The navigation often tells you to take bus No. 31, but it is very convenient to transfer to the tram. Turn right out of the hotel and walk 100 meters to the station. Take line 2, then transfer to line 11 or 7 in the center to get to the train station. Bus No. 31 is quite far. The hotel service is also very good. Recommended.

The room was clean and tidy, with a garden view outside the window. When we first checked in, the cold water pipe in the room was broken and there was no cold water, so the staff changed us to a new room. The breakfast was unexpectedly rich and tasted very good, which left a deep impression on us.

早餐很豐富。

周邊沒什麼吃的，到麥當勞，和超市 都要走一會。對面好像有個網紅的店，人挺多的。 看着像國內的煎餅。房間較小，早餐一般。

服務還行！

還得是皇冠假日酒店，各方面都很滿意。品牌酒店就是讓人很滿意

Convenient transportation! !

The hotel is a little away from the center (15~20 min by tram), plus 4min walk to the station. The check-in was quick, although in proper Swiss fashion the check-in time is only at 3pm. Fortunately, we were allowed to move in earlier. The room is big enough, but if you have big suitcases it'll be a bit tight. The staff is courteous and helpful, and try to accommodate if they can. The breakfast selection isn't too wide, but it's well arranged and has most of what you'd expect. There's a proper gym (exceedingly rare) with enough equipment to satisfy all but the pros. However, it does get a bit busy at times. They also have a decent swimming pool. There's a workstation with a printer next to the reception that guests can use for free - perfect if you need to print out tickets. They were happy to hold our baggage after we moved out until our flight in the evening - much appreciated. We paid about 125CHF a night for a standard room for two including breakfast, which is a good deal in Zurich. All things considered, there's very little to complain about. We had an excellent stay, and would love to stay there again.

適合商務出行，房間很小，衞生不錯，有泳池，早餐很豐富，比一般酒店豐富，交通方便，出行方便，位置也不錯。
