Good location in the Gongbei area, around 2.5 km away from the train station. Comfortable bed and flexible check out schedule.
Nobody seem to speak English, but it was no problem as long as you know some basic Chinese or you have a translation app.

設備整體很一般，沒有一次性使用拖鞋，衹有重複使用的塑料拖鞋。隔音非常差，大半夜都能聽到走道走來走去和開關門的聲音，連隔壁電視機的聲音都能聽到，非常影響休息！浴室的沐浴乳洗髮水按壓設計不合理，不是正常的上下按壓式，需要費很大勁用整個手掌按壓塑膠瓶身才能按壓出來，對女生很不友好，對手部受傷人士也不友好！店內配備了收費使用的充電線，按金39元，計時收費，雖然充完電比外面充電寶便宜，但是要停止使用退按金的時候怎麼都加載不出來，我以為我是個個例，結果早上退房的時候碰到一起坐電梯的大哥也反應同樣的情況，這不就是變相地想收按金唄！
衞生環境堪憂，床單破了就算了，上面還有沒洗乾淨的疑似血跡的痕跡。無語！
服務也一般，攜程上訂的價格比到店價目表上的價格高，但前台説價目表上是疫情時候的價格，跟現在不一樣，糊弄誰呢，上面的日期明明寫着當日。並且，後面來的旅客現場訂的房間價格，在我上電梯的時候聽到了，就是比我們在攜程上訂的價格低。此外，週末前台接待就一個人，一個人既要接線聽電話，還要辦理入住，根本就是人手不夠，而前台後面好多人坐在辦公室，我就不明白為啥不給前台多安排點人.
停車也很不方便，賊擠！
總之，這是我住過最垃圾的維也納！

隔音極差，可以聽到隔壁的聲音，外面有人走過説話的話，門和沒有一樣。凌晨五點鐘遇上外面有xx大笑，直接被驚醒，同行的人讓xx小聲的噓噓聲也很明顯。另外防盜鎖壞了用不了。

極差，差到離譜，首先凌晨到店無房，讓我們等着，説是別人剛退鐘點房在打掃衞生，我定的房間哪怕我沒入住也不能把這間房二次銷售，前台狡辯並一臉嘲諷，後來投訴到攜程，客服小哥很積極的幫忙解決問題，墊付了賠款並承諾會追責酒店，一定要嚴懲！！！！！第二，很吵，幾乎沒有隔音，早上六點就被隔壁小孩哭鬧聲吵醒，在走廊裏跑。不要住！不要住！不要住！極差！非常差！

一直都比較喜歡住維也納，環境，衞生，服務都很好，停車也是維也納自己的免費停車場，住的放心省心。
我住的3059，是頂樓了，但是樓頂還是有電鑽樣的聲音，不知道是搞裝修還是在幹嘛，肯定不是住户發出來的聲音，我到酒店時就11點了，到睡着都還有那個聲音，但是那天很累，不影響我睡覺，所以給5星好評。
介意嘈雜聲的預訂酒店之前可以打電話問下前台什麼情況

嚴重貨不對板，我們訂的是豪華雙人間，訂時顯示有27-38平米兩張1.3米的床，收費差不多600元，可實際上衹有20平左右，除了兩張1.2米的床和一張很小的牀頭櫃沒有多餘空間了，根本就是經濟型的連鎖酒店，收600元一晚實在是太坑爹了，永遠不會再去

設施還可以，衞生還行，環境也好，春節加訂的豪華雙床房，整體感覺還行，房間空間不算很大，勉強夠用了，室內燈光不算理想，有的燈具都壞了⊙﹏⊙
