When we returned to the hotel at night, we found that the room card could not be swiped to access the room door; even though the matter was taken care of, we could not even enter the room! ! ! (The room card was still changed, and there was no attempt even to apologize) 3. At 8 o'clock in the morning, there was construction downstairs, and I woke up directly to the electric drill. The whole room was filled with 3D reverberation (there was a notice at the front desk saying that the construction downstairs would have an impact), as shown in the video below, this is not just a simple impact. . Because I was wondering why the business could still operate with such loud noise, I listened at the door of the corridor and the door of the room, looked at the layout and the scenery outside, and went to the decoration shop downstairs to check. Then why are these rooms open for business, and only if there are other vacancies? I went to the front desk to complain and give feedback. The front desk said there was nothing they could do, and then it was gone. No apology, no action. 4. Hotel room prices are completely unrelated to hotel design, service, and attitude. In the audio-visual room, there is a step under the bed to go to the clothes drying rack and the bathroom. The beams on the steps are very low. 説走就走的出行，訂了這間酒店，門口有點找不着北的感覺，都是內部的設施齊全，有小度，有電動窗簾，智能馬桶等等，下次去珠海還會選擇這裏。

忘記拍圖了，酒店外面看着簡陋進去後相當可以。窗户外是個小區，晚上非常安靜。酒店設備不錯，有智能馬桶，還提供了小童拖鞋與牙刷，這個牙刷比長隆酒店的質量好哦（早知道不扔了），空調與床具也ok，出門便是公交站很方便。珠海住了不同的幾家，這個算是我最滿意的吧。唯一的缺點是樓層低容易有蚊子。

房間性價比挺高，裝修風格挺舒服的，面積也還可以，延街吃的也多，坐公交或者打車出行都很方便。遠點就是海濱公園帶着沙灘，去玩吹吹海風曬曬日光浴也不錯。房間衞生很乾凈，沒有頭髮啥的，前台的服務也很好，背靠附近小區，環境倒是很安靜。

由於酒店設施的問題，在酒店受了傷，訂了兩天的房間，想要退房價總數的一半，結果衹退了500/1400，店主不露面，讓我們報警解決，最後還是衹拿到了小部分房費。沒有一毛錢賠償也沒有道歉，浪費了我的出行時間，還讓我們的心情遭到了影響，最重要的是受了傷（四個人有兩個人都在很小心的情況下，在浴室之外滑倒了） 去的時候房間沒有床單被套，説晚上五六點才能來，可是延遲退房也最晚到一點半😂😅
