入住這樣的酒店客人實在是無法放心，建議別的客人別來，這個酒店的服務人員亟待培訓好嗎，酒店領導應該重視下，極差的服務體驗。鑰匙找不到了，打電話給酒店前台問鑰匙是不是在房間裏，前台説在的，並且我確認了是否是黑色的鑰匙，前台説是的，表示會放在前台抽屜裏。到了傍晚我去酒店拿，前台説鑰匙在抽屜裏稍等下，找了半天沒找到，打電話給阿姨結果阿姨電話打不通，讓我去房間裏找，結果沒有。你在開什麼國際大玩笑啊？？沒有就沒有你説什麼落在酒店了？到底是誰看見了鑰匙無中生有？浪費了我無數的時間。請酒店給個合理的解釋和道歉！

給朋友訂的豪華單人間，結果一入住，房間空間太小連把椅子都沒有，一看就不對，這哪是豪華單人間呀！跟照片上的户型完全不一樣，房間內的電話也打不了，衹能跑到前台，後來前台給升級户型了，到房間後又打開攜程網，一對比，這才是豪華單人間的户型，為什麼有這種神操作？先給差的普通單人間，那如果不去前台一趟，是不是就住在差的普通單人間了（房間小的可憐，除了一張床就沒有其他空間了）？希望下次開的什麼房型就給什麼房型，別偷樑換柱！！！

衞生：很乾凈 新建沒有幾年
環境：和雲廊很近的 走幾步就到了。旁邊還有菜場 非常有煙火氣

1、晚上九點多到酒店，前台小姐一邊給我辦手續，一邊聊微信；
2、我在攜程訂的是豪華大床房，到房間後發現，房間與攜程上特價大床房的圖片一樣，去前台問，前台是各種説辭，最後打電話給經理，開了免提，經理説客人如果嫌房間小，就退錢給他，那時候可是晚上十點多了！
3、後來我要求前台帶我去看其他房間，果然都是實際比圖片降一個等級的，這點希望大家在訂房時要有心理準備；
4、房間沒有放行李的架子或凳子，衹能放地上；
5、熱水忽冷忽熱，瞬間温差5度以上
……

房間空間很大，床也很大很適合一家三口入住。住過那麼多的賓館早餐劵一個房間衹有兩張 ，居然會考慮到一家三口給三張早餐券很貼心。下次繼續入住。

從外面看大樓感覺比較舊，大堂也不咋的。到房間一看，我的媽呀，這麼大，而且廁所很乾凈。關鍵又便宜。下次來舟山就住這家。還有停車也方便。
