這家酒店一直在我心目中都是非常棒的。每次在中山出差商務、旅遊必選的酒店，服務好環境好交通便利。我對這家酒店一直必須是好評。因而近幾年我在這家酒店下榻了不止20次。可是這次竟然給我了一次驚嚇的體驗，不該有的顏色和殘留物竟然出現在酒店白色的毛巾上面，我不確定是顏料還是人的紅色液體，馬上跟酒店反映，酒店居然回覆這些東西，顏色是新鮮的，不關他們的事！如果不關他們的事，潛意識就關我事嘍，難道我一個大男人在酒店切腹？還是大姨媽來了？？

非常好，連續三年春節住這個酒店了，每年三個房間，六大一小，都很滿意，早餐也很豐富，服務態度非常好，有很大停車場。

酒店整體設施比較老舊，硬件還可以，但軟件就非常差了。非常懷疑前台人員有沒有經過培訓，一個普通的要求居然被拒絕，簡直匪夷所思。
由於出門着急忘記帶充電器，問前台有沒有提供，前台説要收費的，什麼？？簡直無法令人相信（有圖為證）這麼簡單的要求居然無法滿足，下次絕對不會再去！！

家附近的酒店，朋友過來每次都安排住這裏。環境衞生工作人員都ok。唯一不足就早餐沒那麼豐富，吃的東西比較少。所以每次衹能去二樓喝早茶。
