Xinglian Atour Hotel, Zhengzhou high tech Zone

The worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. I stayed here for 2 days. 1. When checking in on the first day, the front desk directly put the ID card information side up, and checked in several people at the same time. There were many people at the front desk, and there was no privacy. This was a situation that other Atour hotels did not have. 2. The air conditioner in the hotel was very loud. Even if it was turned on to the minimum wind speed, it was difficult to fall asleep. I was woken up by an outside businessman at 6 o'clock in the morning on the first day, and the air conditioner was so noisy all night the next day that I couldn't sleep. 3. When I returned to the hotel after the first night, I found that the washstand was not disturbed at all. The room was in a mess as shown in the picture and I had to call the front desk to ask someone to deal with it. And this is not an isolated case. The bathroom of the person traveling with me was also not cleaned, and I had to call the front desk twice before it was handled. 4. This time I stayed in a wooden room. The layout of the room was very poor. It was not as good as a normal superior double room.

早餐很不錯，品種豐富。前台服務態度非常熱情，熱情周到，有求必應，可以感受到被重視的感覺，房間寬敞舒適，房間衞生很好，設備齊全，可以看得出來是一家很用心的酒店。

房間非常乾淨，服務態度特別熱情，跟朋友一起出來玩房間很大，而且床墊很舒服，睡起來很放鬆，枕頭特別柔軟，睡上去脖子很舒適，下次來還會選擇。

酒店非常乾淨，服務很好，免費升房還延遲到了15:00退房，下次來鄭州還會選擇亞朵。

整體還是挺不錯的，早餐也比較豐富，無論是前台還是餐廳，服務員態度很友好，很耐心。整體舒心。

房間很乾凈，很智能

出門選亞朵一點毛病沒有。床和枕頭在同級別酒店裡真的沒有超過他家的，睡的非常舒服。前台工作人員非常有禮貌，不錯的體驗。

非常滿意👍 不論是硬件還是軟件都非常優秀 特別感謝早餐枱煮麪的叔叔，11.5號下雨天氣冷，看我沒啥食慾主動給我介紹熱乎乎的麪湯，推薦給我比較好吃的食物，讓我在寒冷的沒有食慾的早晨得到了温暖，這次遇到的河南老鄉都很中！ 簡單的心意，但是非常的暖人心
