優點：設施人性化，智能馬桶、不同情景燈光設定。
前台服務很好，自動升級房型。
缺點：樓道臭，房間味道不新鮮。
沙發、毛巾、被單不乾淨，馬桶圈不乾淨
燈光按鍵失靈，智能馬桶控制面板失靈。
總結：個人覺得再好的設施不好好維護也是雞肋。
另外衞生永遠是最重要的，這個屋的衞生已經低於一般水平了

地鐵口步行5分鐘，周邊生活方便。訂了5晚前台小姑娘給升級了房型。房間不大，但設施齊全，住得挺舒適。當然不能跟星級酒店比，但這個價位，這個地點，算是性價比很高了。

升房權益沒給用，給了一間最小的房間，洗手池裝在外面就挺奇怪的
設施：設施沒的説，電動馬桶可以的
衞生：屋裡一股臭味 花露水的味道很大但是還是壓不住一股子臭味
服務：服務很好
出差幾天正好趕上家屬區裝修 電鋸從早上一直到下午

衞生很一般，雖然有智能馬桶，但不太智能，衞生巾沒有排氣扇，淋浴間也沒有，整個屋子進去一股發黴的味道，隔音超級差，隔壁放個電視説個話都能聽清楚，想要安靜的千萬別住！！！但是前台服務還可以，能寄存行李。
