酒店離河南省博物院很近，看展方便
設施新，房間大，衞生乾淨，尤其淋浴出水感覺特別舒服，洗臉盆出水也不會濺枱麪
早餐還算豐盛，就餐環境也不錯，推薦

房間還可以，隔音太差，大清早辦婚禮的跑樓道里各種大聲拍照！！辦入住，兩點半了還讓等着，告訴我們沒打掃完！這個早餐，盤子碗根本不刷，都是臟的！

這次來河南旅遊9天，這是性價比最高的一家酒店。房間很大，設施很好，有迎賓點心水果，早餐也還行，還讓我延遲退房了半個小時。唯一缺陷是離地鐵站比較遠。今後如果再來鄭州，一定會再次選擇的。

咱就是説半路沒電了啥情況，關鍵是電梯也停了，我這有長者帶着上下樓太不方便了，早餐無法評價，一大堆大爺大媽在裏面亂糟糟的，大聲喧嘩也沒人管。房間不算寬敞，大的行李箱放不下，好在向陽採光還不錯。浴室可以的，就是洗手枱有個地方很容易磕到。不過性價比很高，衞生賊乾淨，前台服務好。

帶父母和孩子們入住，體驗不錯。酒店在院子裏，很安靜，房間的隔音效果好。房間內無異味，衞生打掃的挺乾淨。窗簾遮光效果很好！工作人員服務熱情。希望酒店早餐再豐富一點

因為此行衹為去博物館特選了這家，很安靜，房間挺大，中式禪意裝修簡約舒適。酒店還有入住零食包，很貼心。

非常中肯的一條差評！！！
1.提前三天預訂的酒店，入住當天早晨酒店熱水出問題，無法保證當天客人用水。酒店並未第一時間通知客人，可能抱有僥倖心理，祈禱能夠儘快修好。
但糟糕的是並未修好。千里迢迢、拖家帶口、大包小裹的到了前台後，告知沒有熱水（預估要晚上11點可能會有，要麼湊合住，要麼儘快去其他家酒店。。。
早幹什麼去了？早點通知我們 何至於此？一點同理心、服務意識都沒有！！！
2.開了好久的車，家人也坐了好久的車，實在懶得折騰。沒有熱水就不洗澡了唄，湊合住吧。到了房間後，恨不能室內比室外還冷。。。
酒店沒有地暖，暖風也並未提前開放。進屋後現開空調，當時室內温度顯示16度，在房間裏需要穿着羽絨服。
聯繫酒店，去其他房間看了看，陽面房間的温度確實高一些。同時最早入住的房間温度也升到了16.8度，當時抱着換房間後，舊房間還得麻煩酒店重新打掃，二是還得折騰到三樓，三是房間温度能有所提升就好。直到次日退房，温度都沒升到20度。。。有些草率了
3.發生了這樣的事情，酒店並未有店總、店助、房務總、經理甚至連個領班的致歉都未收到，他們可能覺得習以為常了吧，看到其他人的點評也發現了熱水的問題，可能沒有熱水是他這的特色。
4.入住的時候前台向我索要100元按金，並未提供按金單。詢問時告知他們前台都知道有這回事，沒有按金單，退房就給退。
次日到前台退還房卡，然後前台説可以了。。。 ？？？你們不知道你們有收按金的這項規定麼？
入住的時候信誓旦旦説收按金，沒有條。退房的時候給了房卡就讓我走？？？ 真的是可笑之極
酒店整體環境還是很可以的，衞生也還OK，就是硬件方面略有欠缺。服務基本為00000000
