The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

I went to Zhengzhou to visit the museum a few days after the National Day. The InterContinental is a newly opened hotel. It was not open when I came last year. The hotel is in a great location. The City of David is downstairs, and the Erqi Memorial Tower and Erqi Square are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is strategically located, very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center. The staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic and greet you during your stay. Kiki is very friendly and helps to upgrade the room type to meet customer needs. She is very considerate and helps solve problems when asked. The room is very spacious and it is a great stay. The bed is very comfortable, the drinks in the room are also free, and the toiletries are individually packaged, which is great. I will come again if I have the opportunity in the future.

I am very satisfied with my stay this time. I have often stayed at Hampton Inns in other cities before. This hotel is not far from the East Railway Station. It is quite convenient to travel. There is a shopping mall nearby and there is a lot of food. The entire hotel service is very good. The front desk Lisa and Wendy were very friendly and helped with luggage. I went to a restaurant recommended by the store and it was really delicious😋. I went to the underground first floor of David City near Erqi Square, a paradise for foodies, gathering all kinds of snacks and desserts🍮all very delicious.
