Ive been to over a 100 hotels and this is honestly the worst hotel experience I have had in China.
My room's water and electric is not consistent and went out in the middle of a shower. The room was not sanitary and I had severe allegies after staying here for 2 days, I ended up wearing a mask the entire stay due to mold and dust issues from the walls and bathroom which got worst during the night. There was no cleaning during the entire stay and I had to buy my own toilet paper and other things that other hotels usually offered.
Finally, the staff communication was unprofessional and they tried to offer me a 2:00 check out for a 5 star review which I declined because it was against the platform rules to falsify reviews for benefits.
The lower price is not worth the headache, sickness, and time wasted. Better to pay $15 or $25 extra and get a proper accommodation with professional staff instead. Hopefully, they can take the feedback and improve their rooms and unprofessional behavior for future guests.
