怎麼説呢，選了很久選了這家酒店，當時看評價感覺還可以，住了一天之後感覺也還行，可以住，但我自己是不太喜歡。就它的價格而言，我覺得很不值，同樣的價格比之前在汕頭住的差太多。
衞生：一般吧，還能接受，過道的地毯也挺臟的。我會覺得住的不太舒服。昨天剛進酒店，就好大一股黴味，進了房間也是，感覺很不舒服，後來大約開了一天的空調才好些。昨天剛到就想換酒店。可能是湛江比較潮濕？後來去了檔案館也是一股黴味。
設施：很一般，比較陳舊，洗漱台的縫隙的污漬，頭一次見。刷牙的杯子也是，都不太願意用。感覺床也有點硬，晚上沒睡好。
環境：附近是好多的高樓大廈，房地產，門口是公交站，這倒是方便。但是我覺得附近吃飯的地方太少，最後也因為這個原因換了酒店。倒是還比較安靜。
服務：辦理入住的時候，那個女生比較冷淡。退房的另一個女生態度好些，後來手機充電器忘拿了，也及時溝通。
最後，網上放的圖片和實際情況還是有較多偏差，包括大廳和房間。我剛到的時候覺得落差蠻大的。

酒店離紅嘴鷗遊船碼頭很近，坐遊船看十里軍港和湛江風景很美。酒店有停車場方便停車，晚上還可以在觀海長廊上欣賞夜景。洗澡水很好。就是房間裏枱面有些窄不好放東西。服務人員衞生打掃的乾淨。湛江遊玩的地方很多，感覺很好。
