Xincheng Hotel

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The first time was in winter, and the experience was pretty good. It might be because of the off-season and the hotel had few guests. This time, there is a gap with the comparison. This time is obviously not as good as the last time, because the sound insulation of the hotel is a little bit worse😭 The hot water is very unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes not😭To be honest, it is a bit difficult for me to stay for four nights in a row Other basic equipment is still no problem, and the room is also very large. The service is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟The staff are very polite and will greet you. When you go upstairs to prepare to enter the room, the staff on that floor will take the initiative to help you carry the large and small bags of luggage when they see you carrying them🫰🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is very nice. When I first arrived, the sunset at the hotel was really beautiful. The next day, it was a little cloudy, but I saw a rainbow. My mood improved immediately.

When you go to Zhangye, you want to see the Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon. Unexpectedly, someone in our team fell ill and had a fever. After finding out, the hotel asked her to take medicine and rest in the room, provided a thermometer and water, and delayed check-out until other teammates returned to Zhangye Xincheng Hotel to pick up the patient. Thank you again to the hotel staff.

All the hotel staff are very warm and polite. The lady at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade my room for free, discounted breakfast, and sent tea. I really like the European style of the room, facing the wetland park, quiet, spacious and bright, and the bedding is at least four-star hotel standard. The breakfast is rich and delicious. This is the best hotel of all the hotels I have stayed in this trip, with a super high cost performance. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

I spent two days in Zhangye and stayed for one night. The Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon and the colorful Danxia landform are both very beautiful. This hotel is very cost-effective and is a very good place to stay.

Convenient parking, the room was very clean, and a yogurt mask was given at night, which was very considerate

The air conditioner in the room does not heat, the mattress is too hard, the breakfast is of poor quality, and the room hygiene is poor!

We arrived at the hotel soon after getting off the highway. It was a very clean and hygienic hotel. The lobby manager saw that we were with children and thoughtfully upgraded us to a Peppa Pig parent-child room. The children loved it and wanted to stay another night. Highly recommended!
