I came to Zhangjiakou during the May Day holiday. The Hualuxe Hotel I stayed in was very good. It was high-end and classy. The hotel rooms were spacious and the facilities were advanced. The toiletries were very good. The family of three lived very comfortably. We could also go to the swimming pool to swim, exercise, and relax! The indoor temperature is always 27 degrees. The hotel does not use air conditioning. It only provides cooling fans. The effect is not good. Many facilities are broken. The iron chain on the door fell off. The towels are torn. The experience is very bad.

Not only full, but there was a bit of chaos. Then we were unfamiliar with the underground garage. The hotel is connected to the underground of Ginza Shopping Mall, and it is also very chaotic. There are all kinds of reverse driving and all kinds of random parking. This will really give travelers a bad experience. It's hard to find a parking space. I sincerely suggest that the underground garage management keep up. Another point is that the alarm clock at the bedside rang at 6 o'clock, and I was completely confused 😅. It's earlier than when I wake up on weekdays. I want to cry but I can't cry. It is recommended that the waiter help check the alarm clock after the previous check-out, after all, he doesn't know if it's a new guest 😌

The environment is clean and sanitary. The waiter is very nice and sent snacks and drinks. It is worth staying next time.
