The boss was very welcoming and gave us peaches and soy milk when we checked in. The peaches were delicious. The room was narrow and the hot water was not very strong. It was quieter as it was backed by a primary school.

It's great, the boss is friendly and helps with luggage. But you can hear the sound of planes flying at night. I will stay here next time I come to Zhangjiajie. #卫生很洁净# Parking will arrange free parking

Very clean and tidy. Convenient to eat around. Very close to the cable car station and the central bus station. The boss is a couple born in the 90s, and they are very kind. Very good experience.

The room was unexpectedly nice, very cost-effective, the bathroom was a bit narrow, everything else was ok, the lobby was decorated very cozy and stylish, the location was very close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway so you could sleep in, the owner was really warm and hospitable, very impressive, a cozy little hotel, the price was reasonable, it's worth considering for friends~o(▽'o

前台服務超級好，瘦瘦的小姑娘幫我們提行李🧳，幫我們做了旅遊規劃，還幫我們定了景區優惠門票，民宿大廳也挺有意思的，老闆還請我們喝了當地的莓茶，哈哈，先苦後甜。後面離開的時候帶了一點，老闆有衹叫百萬的小狗🐶，很有意思。
民宿離天門山景區也比較近，想吃當地風味的話，老闆會給你推薦當地人吃的飯店，實惠好吃，附近也能免費停車，總之，真的很滿意

因為看了網上不少評價，選擇國慶來張家界玩時心裏非常的忐忑。
但是當下了高鐵抵達：我們的家客棧時，就有預感在張家界的行程一定很好玩！果不其然！
選擇民宿無非有兩個原因：一個是價格實惠，另外一個是能夠帶來家的感覺。我覺得our house就是一家非常適合平價出行的住宿地點。
一進門就有非常可愛的小狗百萬迎接，大小老闆娘也非常的熱情，不僅給我們安排了可以看見草坪的大床房（早上起來拉開窗簾看到綠茵茵的操場不要太舒服），而且每層樓都非常貼心的放置的飲水機。
民宿的位置也非常好，距離天門山索道步行就可以抵達，老闆本身就是導遊，給我們做了非常好的去森林公園的規劃。（早知道民宿可以買優惠門票，應該早一點和老闆聯繫，唯一失算哈哈哈！）
還有一點非常值得一提，就是老闆和老闆娘還是張家界的食神，推薦我們去的本地早餐店、鐵板燒、皮打鼓都非常棒！誰還説張家界是沒事荒漠，我就要打人了。
