Was here for a night as part of large tour group so experience limited and had no opportunity to use spa and pool. It's a resort hotel obviously popular with families with young children. The outstanding feature is that most rooms face the mountains so you wake up to snow falling on rooftops in an idyllic landscape reminiscent of Switzerland and the Alps, only this is the Tatra Mountains, breathtaking. The rooms are fine except that the safe and fridge are hidden behind a sliding door so you need to push aside this aside to locate these features. Rather odd as there are no written instructions in the room or maybe we miss it as overseas visitors with no knowledge of Polish. Be prepared for the very crowded breakfast buffet which is varied, comprehensive and delicious but long lines queue for the items as there are families and tour groups. However, there's an adjacent room where we see people going for pancakes and wraps.

I was staying in a 4* building (Grand) and was surprised that the 2-person suite didn't have the air condition (there was only a standalone fan in our room). I was so sure that AC would be a standard in 4* that I didn't even verify it before booking. Also, there was no way to block the bathroom door, which is another surprise and disadvantage. Other than that all good, just a bit crowded but I guess it is expected in mid-July.

Great Hotel. Large Room. Superb Breakfast. Stunning location with great views. Only criticism is that the main restaurant in the hotel closed at 19.30. Adjacent one on same complex served great food so no major problem

Modern hotel with a very good location and food. The city center was very close by. Car. At the reception there was a bar where we could have a drink before chec-in. After a long day, wellness was a great rest. The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms. We definitely recommend.

We stayed one week in this hotel it was great experience overall, very good localization if someone like's hiking, great various dinner buffet, breakfast a bit boring(if you stay longer).During the weekend queues for breakfast were numerous and it was inconvenient. Clean rooms. Good hotel service apart from one lady that promised to bring us cutlery and never did. I would come back to that hotel.

kompleksie Nosalowy Dwór zdecydowałem się dodać jedna gwiazdkę więcej -tylko wyłącznie dla miłych pan w restauracji które serwowały nam śniadania . Do hotelu przyjechaliśmy ponownie po kilku latach i już od samego początku doznaliśmy rozczarowania : 1.recepcja : przyjechaliśmy dosyć wcześnie i poprosiliśmy jeśli jest możliwość wcześniejszego otrzymania pokoju gdyby był dostępny . Niestety z uwagi na to ze posiadam angielski numer telefonu pan w recepcji bardzo sie zjeżył i usłyszałem zdecydowane nie( nie moze mnie powiadomić ), kręciliśmy sie do 16:00 tj kiedy to zgodnie z procedura hotelu można sie zameldować . Już wtedy odczuliśmy brak jakiejkolwiek sympatii i empatii . Przy meldowaniu okazało sie ze mamy pokój w budynku na zewnątrz a nie w głównym - pan zaczął nam tłumaczyć ze różnica jednej gwiazdki i taki nam przysługuje. Tu przestroga przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji - uważajcie !!!! Niższa cena za pokój wcale nie musi oznaczać promocji czy oferty ale poprostu lokalizacji w starym chyba jednym z pierwszych budynków całego kompleksu . Do tego choć mieliśmy dostęp do spa i basenu to trzeba było wychodzić na mróz i dochodzić do budynku obok . Wiec w naszym przypadku atrakcje spa i basenu odpadły i nie korzystaliśmy :(( 2. Nasz pokój : same deco bardzo zmęczone i nadające sie do odświeżenia . Brak prądu w gniazdach oo oby stronach łóżka wiec ani telefonu ani lampek nie dało sie podłączyć . Pókoj numer 16- posiada connecting doors do pokoju obok . Z naszej strony były otwarte co od razu podobnie jak brak elektryki w gniazdkach zgłosiliśmy do recepcji . Niestety do samego wyjazdu nikt sie nie pojawił :((( W łazience brudny, czarny wentylator , Wykładziny poplamione i bardzo stare , Na koniec sprawa ogrzewania , choc nasz pokój był w miarę ciepły to temperatura w częściach wspólnych hotelu w którym byliśmy ( 3*) jak i sama restauracja była bardzo niska . Wielka szkoda bo na środku duży pokaźny kominek z którego pewnie kiedyś buchało cieplo - teraz tylko imitacja ognia :(((( Z tego powodu ani razu nie skorzystaliśmy z kolacji choć potrawy menue zachęcały ! Chodziliśmy wieczorami do innych zajazdów i restauracji . Wielkie rozczarowanie nosalowym dworem !!!! Nie polecamy niestety tego obiektu

To było jedno z najgorszych doświadczeń hotelowych w całym moim życiu. Tłok, hałas i wątpliwa jakość. Jedyne co było ok to bardzo uprzejmy personel i lokalizacja. Do Kuźnic idzie się 15-20 minut, a i pod nosem jest dużo szlaków. Wiec to jest ok. I jest bardzo fajna siłownia! Nie jest to obiekt do wypoczywania. Jest to obiekt do pochwalenia się w social mediach- co widać na basenie. Jak ktoś chce odpocząć to nawet obok jest mały hotel z bardzo dobrą kuchnią, albo jak koniecznie chcesz spać w Nosalowym, to wybierz Nosalowy Park w centrum miasta. Następnym razem wybierzemy inny obiekt.
