房間帶麻將室，煙味兒實在是太沖，淋浴間和廁所都很小，又不通風，條件比較一般。但是樑弄鎮是到四明山必經之路，進山中途過渡一夜休整下，要求不能太高

位置非常不錯，在樑弄鎮的中心。離四明湖邊特別近。周邊全部都是商業設施，吃飯又近又實惠（鎮上吃比四明湖邊便宜多了）。酒店設施在普通快捷酒店裡算是中規中矩吧，價格反正不貴。酒店沒有電梯。衞生條件尚可。
