Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa - All Inclusive Reviews

Attended a wedding; property was nice - standard American style all-inclusive. Beach was lovely. Food was extremely poor at all the restaurants, they couldn’t even make coffee right. The coffee shop lady microwaved my smoked salmon bagel, the teppanyaki chef cooked all the dishes with the same ingredients, buffet at the main restaurant recycled food through the day. It was concerning when a group of us had stomach issues. It was just really disappointing given the prices. Stay away from room service, it was so bad. Our bathroom was moldy, the bathtub leaking and unusable, sink holder was so rusty it fell off.

Overall great experience. Really good food options all around (we are healthier eaters and had plenty of options at every meal). Property was clean, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Only point that was so-so was the nightly entertainment. All in all we would recommend this resort to families.

The property is absolutely beautiful and our vacation was truly amazing! We have been to numerous vacation resorts and this is by far our favourite. Incredible food quality and selection, staff who were so friendly and helpful, a beautiful beach that was clean and we could walk for miles in both directions, luxury rooms and restaurants….the list of quality experiences goes on!!

Coming from someone who does not drink, does not eat meat and is Indian who went for wedding anniversary, I would say this is the place you want to be at, even though you don't drink, there are many options for mocktails - my only suggestion to the resort would be to keep ginger ale and ginger beer, For non meat eaters, chef Rafael, Juan, Ellas de la Cruz is who you want to contact and stay in touch with.. We had different level of surprises in our room for our anniversary almost 2-3 nights, alexandro at guest services is awesome and manager Daniel helped us through all the issues ...the room is to kill for- garden view junior suites with room service options from 7am to 11pm, they do room service everyday which is the best part.. Best restaurant on the ground is sumptuori - you need to try chef special Alfredo's vegeterian dishes and get served by Alex ( Alejandro ), Indian restaurant is okish- chef is good, thai place upset my husband's stomach big time and he was on medication for 2 days and we had to visit doctor as well.. we mentioned this incident and after that chef Rafael and Juan ( the most sweetest person ever) took care of us personally.. Italian place is also very good for food, Spa you need to take it, it is so good their hydeotherapy is best with infinity pool overviewing sea.. We will be back, service, people, place and vibe is so good - being a couple we loved every bit even the cute kids, sports bar is open 24x7 to enjoy meal all night..skybar is a vibeeeeeee

The staff was just amazing. Edith Palomares helped us through the entire stay. Whenever we needed anything she was just there for us to help, she even gave a little gift to take home. Thanks to Edith, our vacation was such a blast!

Amazing all inclusive, clean, safe and food was to die for. They pay very close attention to food allergies. Everyone in the room/suite gets a wrist band to open your door, scan for towels etc. No more key cards to worry about. Restaurants, and buffets, food by the pools, swim up bars, night time shows. Provide rides by golf carts. Can’t say enough good things !

Great Resort!!! Amazing!!!! Its Huge. So many activities to do. Kids club is great and kids pool. You can leave the kids under their supervision and do your own stuff / look around the resort as there is bunch of stuff to do. In resort Boat and Cart Shuttle service is amazing. Highly Recommended!!!! The food also is great. Must try Italian Restaurant (PORTOFINO). If you are staying in Family Selection, the Butler’s (Luis and Frida) are so helpful. They provide the full day activities and shows list till the end of the day.

Beautiful resorts, very clean , good service , buffet food are excellent and some restaurants to choice from.

close the beach, cleaing it's o.k , but leaking on shower fauect. i was request fix it, but they didn't . also, all local activity place, too far away .

I absolutely loved staying at this resort! 5 days was not enough for everything it had to offer. The rooms were definitely the spotlight. I loved how they are designed. The staff was very friendly, they always asked if my 7 month old baby needed purées. I only had the opportunity to visit both the Italian and steak house restaurants which were both delicious.
