Room is small and smells. Free breakfast and staff is kind and helpful

Totally Awful, I will never come back Worst experience, Small and dirty room, even you cannot use the shower since it is very tiny, very very dirty, I will not go there even it is for free,

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is about 8 minutes walk to Russell Square underground station, which is very convenient. It is very convenient to travel to and from attractions. It is only 15 minutes to the British Museum. The hotel environment is really average, the facilities are relatively old, and the toilet flushing system is damaged. Stop leaking, just stay for one night, it's acceptable, the staff has a good attitude, which is a plus

Affordable bed and breakfast cannot be too high. The advantage is that in a building of Dickens’s former residence, there are windows for ventilation and free breakfast. The downside is that the bathroom is too small, the basin is also small, and the faucet is separated from hot and cold water. It is not convenient to wash things with a single faucet. The internet has to pay an extra fee like 2.5 pounds.

It will be all right! The hospitality is good, the service is good, the family is better, the transportation is convenient, the sanitation is good, the environment is good, but the price is not cheap, I will find this hotel next time I come

Not good with wif and I not happy over manager been smoke by breakfast took Which we never eat in waste money

They say you get what you pay for, unfortunately this was what we paid for and regretted doing so. The hotel was spread over two buildings, we had to exit the main building and enter our block a couple of doors down. The hotel was very scruffy, poorly maintained and dirty. The shower had two settings, ice cold then scolding hot. The walls were thin and poorly soundproofed which we discovered in the early hours when we were rudely awoken by what can only be described as a howler monkey on viagra, we are all for people enjoying themselves but we prefer not to be kept awake by a couples marathon performance. Would we stay there again? After about two hours sleep we would have been better sleeping on the benches at the station so definitely not.

Not a very pleasant experience - from the tired facilities to the lights not working in the bathroom, the 20 minute wait to get any hotwater and the rather limited breakfast. Not a great stay.

Old hotel which is very dated. Old and dirty carpets. Poor ventilation. Bathroom is a 2x6 foot plastic cabin which barely fits a grown adult. Upholstery hasn't been renewed in decades. The next door neighbor was a noisy person who played loud TV till 1 in the morning and smoked, but wasn't told to stop any of these. We (family of 3) had to check out within 1 day of our stay at considerable extra cost. Would surely give it a miss.

Horrid , smelled , dark , damp , uncomfortable , dirty , scabby rotten , tiny cramped noisy , it covered all the areas of awful , and no breakfast is not included despite their lies , its a few cereal containers a loaf of bread a toaster and a microwave , radiators you cant turn off , so room is boiling open the window and its like being beside a race track , dont go near it its a complete shambles and a mess, backpackers would not stay here thats how god aweful the place is

Very small room that does the trick if you're there just to sleep. The bathroom looked like it had been taken out of an RV. The biggest issue next to the bathroom was definitely the price as it was 170€/night.

The fact that we could enter early was a pre. However, the room was not heated while it was cold outside. Room was very cold. hotel and room looked like they could you sone Maintenance

I understand the accommodation was 2 star but the room size and en-suite was remarkably small. I suppose it is the centre of london just don’t expect too much absolute basic and no more, but it was relatively clean.

The bed linen was clean. Room was dirty and grubby. Breakfast area also grubby
