Great hotel in Battambang. The style of the hotel is unique and rooms are spacious and clean.

Great and friendly

My second night at Classy Hotel was very good, but not the first night which was really bad -- the air con was not strong enough, and because of a thick comforter, I had a very difficult night, not falling asleep until early in the morning. The twin beds were also very uncomfortable. The next day I was moved into another room, and the air con was very good and the large bed very comfortable, so I slept quite well. The hotel manager later told me that some rooms have weak air cons, which they are fixing -- but why put me in a room with a weak air con at all? In any case, the breakfast is good (though a few too many pork choices), with excellent coffee. And the large swimming pool is nice. WiFi is excellent, the location is great with many eateries nearby. Even though my first night at Classy Hotel was not good, I will likely stay there on my next trip to Battambang -- as long as they put me in a room with good air con and a large bed.

The hotel is in the downtown area, the surrounding facilities are complete, and there are many snacks and food stalls outside at night. The facilities in the hotel are relatively old, and the room will smell a little musty when you enter the door, but fortunately it is relatively clean.

advantage: The hotel is located near the river, with swimming pool, massage, gym and sky bar inside. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy! The massage in the hotel is ok, the price is 10 US dollars for 1 hour, it is a sour after pressing shortcoming: There are very few parking spaces in the hotel and it is basically necessary to park on the sidewalk outside the hotel The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, just let the water warm up after a while

Stayed here for a few days found the hotel to be nice great wooden carvings in reception area, rooms where comfortable but the bed was like lying on a table !!! The breakfast had a great choice and was nice, unfortunately the lunch in the restaurant and around the pool was not too good at all We ended up going to the supermarket to get food The pool was green when we arrived it was mentioned to reception, they had guys working on it which was good to see, we missed not being able to swim. Staff where friendly and helpful

We were allocated Room 511 when checking in at “Classy Hotel & Spa”, Battambang. After unpacking the cases it was time to try the room facilities, only to find firstly that the WiFi wasn’t strong or good - you had it for 5 minutes, than 30 mins without. Then we switched on the TV to find that the picture was very grainy. The shower was strong and hot. We reported the WiFi and TV problem and were given a WiFi Extender, this did alleviate some of the WiFi problem, but not totally, we found that devices connected without internet. 2nd day TV still NO good, then in the afternoon NO hot water for shower. 3rd day, no hot water for shower, called Reception about this @ 6 am, TV still bad. Told desk of problems on way out, on return they say hot water OK. Back in room tried water, just aired, went to desk and asked for a manager to come to room, but they sent housekeeping staff instead. They ran the water until aired then said it’s OK. We were not happy, brought another TV but reception still bad and grainy. They said we could change room, but as checking out next day it wasn’t worth the hassles of packing up and moving. Last Day Awoke early to find NO hot water again for shower. So Services to room Very weak hit and miss WiFi TV reception very poor No hot water
