酒店真的大跌眼鏡！看到外觀很不錯，滿懷期待的預訂了這家，大廳前台沒有工作服，到客房一間房打不開，下去找前台刷卡，説還打不開就打前台電話8888，問題是我都進不去門，怎麼打內部電話，上來果然打不開，就用手機撥打了前台電話，上來結果門禁卡又好了！進去給孩子泡麪，嚯…燒水壺上的水垢跟鐵銹驚掉我的下巴！實際情況已配圖，打前台電話6次都聽不到，説是接觸不好，座機打了5次還是聽不到，最後換了對面房間的燒水壺，比之前好子丟丟。給孩子泡麪後去衞生間，水輪頭都是鐵銹！真的很無語！到我們自己房間後，床品又沒有換，有毛~還有一坨一坨的……細節已配圖！建議有潔癖的小夥伴慎重吧！

設施比較新，裝修的挺好，乾淨，服務也不錯，車子方便停，樓下有超市水果店和小吃店，比較方便，一次快樂的入住。

空調有點冷，調到29℃還是冷，凌晨5點起來發現一衹好大的蟲子🐛，如果是晚上發現估計一晚上得失眠了

前台服務是太差勁了，我吃完早點讓打掃一下房間，一會有客人過來，結果前台説你續住才給打掃，不續住要退房才給打掃，我真是無語了，不過3樓的服務態度很好

長期出差，這家酒店是近兩年來最滿意的一次，環境，衞生都不錯，特別是前台帶眼鏡，可愛嬰兒肥的小姐姐，服務超級好，我自己訂錯時間，給我更改好，還免費升了房型，真真的貼心，非常非常的滿意

酒店位置很好，設施齊全完善，衞生乾淨，是新開業的酒店，被子床單被罩等都新。衞生間乾濕分離；服務人員態度非常好，尤其是吧枱的小妹妹熱情、漂亮，為顧客解決問題，幫助我們將兩間房間調到一層樓，便於我們相互照顧，感謝漂亮的小妹妹。酒店有自己的停車場，車位充足，方便停車。酒店早餐很豐富，品種也多。
