The hotel was really disappointing! I booked this hotel with high expectations because it looked good from the outside. The front desk in the lobby didn't have work clothes. When I went to the guest room, I couldn't open the door. I went down to the front desk to swipe the card. They said that if it still couldn't be opened, I should call the front desk at 8888. The problem was that I couldn't even get into the door, so how could I call the internal phone? When I came up, it really couldn't be opened, so I called the front desk with my mobile phone. When I came up, the access card was fine again! I went in to make instant noodles for the child, and the scale and rust on the kettle shocked me! The actual situation has been attached with pictures. I called the front desk 6 times but couldn't hear it. They said that the contact was not good. I called the landline 5 times but still couldn't hear it. Finally, I changed the kettle in the opposite room, which was better than before. After making instant noodles for the child, I went to the bathroom and the water wheel head was full of rust! It was really speechless! After arriving at our own room, the bedding was not changed again. There was hair~ and clumps... The details have been attached with pictures!
