The grounds are full of nature and I was surprised to see freshwater crabs. (Although there were some uninvited insects...) I don't like ducks, so I decided to eat softshell turtles and meat, but I was quite satisfied.

Recommended if you want to relax. There was a word of mouth that it was difficult to walk due to ****s in the garden, but I would like you to observe carefully because the garden is carefully maintained so that it looks natural and does not exceed a certain height. We are devising ways to reduce insects using herbs without using chemicals. Onsen was great. It seems that the satellite surface is well managed. The food is simple, but I understand that you are providing high quality items. If you are expecting a splendid kaiseki meal, we recommend another inn.

We stayed in the cheapest room. It was probably the cheapest room at Tamanoyu, about 35,000 yen per person. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because it was cheap, but the room was wonderful, and the room bath was large and comfortable. Amenity was also satisfactory assor**ent. I was grateful for the free drinks in the refrigerator in the room. The food was delicious and I was very satisfied. I stayed at Kamenoi Besso the next day, but compared to Kamenoi Besso's lowest price of 41,000 yen per person, Tamanoyu's meals, rooms, and large public baths are overwhelmingly great. , The customer service was much better. The hot water in the bath in the room was very hot and thick, and the comfortable bedding helped me sleep soundly and rejuvenate. And best of all, the rice was really delicious! It wasn't fancy, it was honest and simple and delicious. The person who served us dinner had a pleasant conversation and we had a great time. Before I went, I thought, ``Yufuin has a lot of wonderful ryokans, so I'd like to go to other places as well,'' but now I want to go to Tamanoyu as many times as I want in different seasons.

This is my first time using it. As soon as I entered the grounds of Tamanoyu, a space that felt like I was cut off from the hustle and bustle awaited me. While being offered tea and sweets in the lounge, I was politely checked in and guided to my room. The room is called Mulberry and has a guest room on the second floor and a bath with natural hot spring water at the entrance on the first floor. The guest room is divided into a large Japanese-style room of about 15 tatami mats, a bedroom with twin beds, and a small living room. There was also a wooden deck with chairs set up, but I didn't use it because I don't like insects. Elderly people and people with mobility issues may find it difficult to get up and down the first and second floors. For dinner and breakfast, we had a private room with a view of the large garden. I'm used to kaiseki cuisine at hot spring hotels, so I was confused, but at Tamanoyu, the appetizers are served together so that two people can share them. It seems that the basic ingredients are ingredients from the mountains. For the main course, two of us could choose one dish separately, and we ordered charcoal-grilled fillet and shabu-shabu prawns. The fillet is by far the best steak I've ever eaten! It was over 200g (2 pieces) and the taste was amazing!Kuruma prawn shabu shabu has lots of watercress and is served with shrimp, which is also delicious!The watercress is served in mountains. It was an impressive dinner.You can experience the joy of having simple food served with care, rather than just looking for luxury.It was a luxurious time where you could only hear the sounds of the black beetles during dinner.Breakfast was Although it is not luxurious by any means, you can enjoy a high-quality Japanese set meal made with high-quality ingredients.The famous watercress soup is also served as a Japanese set meal.It also comes with grilled shiitake mushrooms and rice cakes.The breakfast staff also have a wonderful smile. The customer service was amazing! I took it too slowly on my way home and was pressed for time, but I was also given a souvenir to see me off (a bonus for booking directly to the hotel). 毎年恒例、夏の三泊四日家族旅行の最終日の宿として宿泊。初めての宿泊でしたが概ね満足のいくものでした。 ただ、一見客に対しては足元を見てから接客するのか、気になる点もありました。 【接客・サービス】 座椅子や浴衣、スリッパなどの数について、小学生を含めた4名の宿泊にもかかわらず、3名分の準備のみ。また、部屋の鍵も最初は一つのみで、こちらの申し出により追加で持ってくるという対応。 その他、アップルパイ予約可否を確認すると回答するという風に、聞けばそつなく答えてくれますが能動的な対応はありません。 【客室・アメニティ】 宿泊した部屋は10畳二間に通しの廊下、読書室があるゆったりした造りで寛げました。ただ、和室に敷いてもらった敷布団が一枚というのは、このクラスでは驚きです。 また、アメニティは竹ふえまでとは言いませんが、もう少しランクアップを期待したいです。 その他、宿泊層を考慮してとのことと思いますが、手洗いが固形石鹸だけというのは、このコロナ禍で使い回しを避けるという観点からハンドソープで対応すべきと思われました。また、女性用コスメがなかったことも対応が必要かと思われます。 あと、トイレの匂いに対する対策は急務です。 【施設・設備】 雨で利用できませんでしたが、計算された庭園にベンチがあり、ゆったりした時間が流れるような造りになっています。敢えて部屋などに時計を置かないのも時間を忘れてゆっくり過ごすためとのことで、徹底したコンセプトが貫かれています。 【食事】 夕食について、メインのヒレ肉などコストもかけており美味しくいただきました。八寸や煮物の味は少し濃い気がしましたが、鴨鍋の出汁の味は絶品でした。また、朝食時の一人ひとり違う要望にもきめ細やかに対応されるのには感心させられました。 【バス・お風呂】 特筆すべきものはありませんが、内湯は屋根も高く、露天風呂も開放感がありました。また、部屋付きの内風呂があるため他の宿泊客と混み合うこともなくゆったりできました。 【総括】 常連客の方は、田舎に帰るような気持ちで利用されるのでしょう。また、我々もまた帰りたくなったらお邪魔しますので、迎えていただけますと幸いです。
