我是經常在全國出差，本來到沅江出差準備訂維也納的，但是很多地方維也納的酒店早餐都很單調，看了評論才住這個酒店，我在這邊出差先訂了三天，後面臨時還要在這邊多出差幾天我就直接去維也納住了，主要是房間大但空盪盪的，外面馬路大車經過吵得要命，而且房間內連個辦公桌都沒有，還是自己拉小圓桌到床邊辦公，床頭插座隔得遠，習慣枕在床上邊玩手機邊充電的沒法用，太遠了，洗衣服的洗衣機不建議大家用，酒店方也拿來洗那些好像是被枕套之類的，第二天穿衣服我的身上開始癢癢的，酒店得早餐還算可以，後面兩張照片是維也納的可以對比一下，訂單在錦江app訂的豪華大，前台經理説下次可以直接下單比app還便宜，聽到這裏我就立馬感覺戴姆斯跟這個酒店服務根本沒法比，剛到沅江下午兩點多又累又餓，問了前台説訂景觀大床要306，我説網上便宜我就訂了三天才777，前台説網上訂的這個房型沒了進不了系統，訂單一下我就聽到電腦聲音接到攜程訂單，她説不是我的訂單，呵呵了，太累了懶得計較，後面取消下了差一點的房型豪華大822，後面又是一個接到攜程系統訂單的聲音，真是呵呵了，期間前台説給我一間259的體驗價一天或者住三天的話充值1000享受會員價，我拒絕了，唯一值得可以的是阿姨很盡責。

在當地來説，算不錯的一個新開的酒店吧，房間也大，門口免費停車，酒店外有便利店，快餐店
酒店斜對面就是益陽沅江的汽車站，很便利……
這次不滿意的就是，第二天早上七點多突然停電，酒店也沒一個通知，到前台退房才知道是電力部門臨時停電，退房的時候還有客户在前台因為這個停電的事情吵
知道哪些房間受影響可以告訴一下嘛，非要等着來吵

這個天氣整晚沒有中央空調，早上打電話給前台，説是修了，要我反覆開關，結果是總機沒開！前台主管來房間送小禮物，拒收！服務差！
